BREAKING: The RNC has filed a lawsuit against election officials in Detroit, Michigan, for deleting surveillance footage of ballot drop boxes when asked to provide it.

They want the court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forcing them to retain footage of the 2024 election.

“Deleting drop box surveillance footage while there is a pending FOIA request for it is an assault on transparency. This breach of trust is exactly what reduces confidence in our elections. The footage in question is from the primary election that took place in August. The officials were legally required to preserve the footage, but they deleted it upon receiving the FOIA request.

This lawsuit is more important than realized at face value. By obtaining a court order BEFORE the 2024 election to force officials to preserve footage, the RNC is creating legal jeopardy for any officials that DO delete footage. It also means the Democrat officials can't invoke the argument of latches to dismiss any future lawsuit about the footage.

Texas AG Ken Paxton Sues Doctor for Illegally Providing Harmful “Gender Transition” Treatments to Nearly Two Dozen Children

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued a North Texas doctor for blatantly violating Texas law by providing prohibited “gender transition” treatments to nearly two dozen minors.

Senate Bill 14, a Texas law that took effect in September 2023 and was upheld by the Texas Supreme Court in June 2024, prohibits “gender transition” medical interventions such as surgeries, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for minors. Growing scientific evidence strongly suggests that “gender transition” interventions prescribed to or performed on children in an attempt to anatomically or hormonally alter their biological sex characteristics have damaging, long-term consequences. Additionally, the prohibited treatments are experimental, and no scientific evidence supports their supposed benefits.

Texas law also directs that the Texas Medical Board “shall revoke the medical license or other authorization to practice medicine of a physician who violates” the provisions of SB14.

Evidence obtained by the Office of the Attorney General revealed that a Dallas-area doctor illegally provided high-dose cross-sex hormones to twenty-one minor patients for the direct purpose of “transitioning” the child’s biological sex. The doctor allegedly used false diagnoses and billing codes to mask these unlawful prescriptions.

“Texas passed a law to protect children from these dangerous unscientific medical interventions that have irreversible and damaging effects,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Doctors who continue to provide these harmful ‘gender transition’ drugs and treatments will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”

Megan Marshack, the journalist and aide to former vice president Nelson Rockefeller, has died in California at the age of 70. After decades of silence, Marshack used a self-penned obituary to sensationally reveal new details about her links with the former New York governor.

While she neither confirms or denies an affair, Marshack, who was at the centre of a storm of speculation about Rockefeller's sudden death in 1979, dropped a stunning clue about their relationship. She ends the obituary with a quote from an 'A Chorus Line' song: '… won't forget, can't regret what I did for love.'

Marshack died on October 2 of liver and kidney failure, according to the self-penned obituary posted by a funeral home in Sacramento, California. Her brother said she died at a live-in medical facility in Sacramento.

The aide, who had a long and varied career in journalism, suddenly gained national attention after the four-time Republican governor collapsed and died of a heart attack on the night of Jan. 26, 1979. Shifting explanations regarding the details of that night fanned conjecture about the death of the 70-year-old member of the wealthy Rockefeller family and the nature of his relationship with his 25-year-old researcher.

It was originally announced that Rockefeller died in his offices at Rockefeller Center. But a family spokesperson later said Rockefeller had been working on an art book at his private offices elsewhere in Manhattan when he was stricken. There also were discrepancies with his time of death and who was with him. Marshack was not initially identified as being with him when he died.

Marshack kept quiet about what happened and became a 'mystery woman' hounded by reporters.

As the former US Ambassador to Mexico, I can confirm this. On Day One, the Biden/Harris Administration issued a raft of regulatory policy changes that drastically increased the incentives for illegal migration. The law did not require them to do this—in fact, the law did not allow them to do this. For them now to defend their willful actions by saying “the law is broken” is Orwellian. THEY BROKE IT! The “border bill” they love to talk about would have watered down the law by normalizing their defiance of it. Yes, the bill also included some more resources/money for border control—but those resources are needed only because they unleashed this migrant tsunami in the first place. The border catastrophe is not fundamentally a problem of resources but of Biden/Harris executive policy. They should at least have the decency to acknowledge and defend their policy instead of trying to pretend that they were “tough” on the border, which is obviously untrue. Problem for them is that the only conceivable “defense” of allowing in millions of illegal aliens is a deliberate attempt to import what they view as future voters.

My office has sued a North Texas doctor for blatantly violating Texas law by providing prohibited “gender transition” treatments to nearly two dozen minors.

Senate Bill 14, a Texas law that took effect in September 2023 and was upheld by the Texas Supreme Court in June 2024, prohibits “gender transition” medical interventions such as surgeries, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for minors. Growing scientific evidence strongly suggests that “gender transition” interventions prescribed to or performed on children in an attempt to anatomically or hormonally alter their biological sex characteristics have damaging, long-term consequences. Additionally, the prohibited treatments are experimental, and no scientific evidence supports their supposed benefits.

Texas law also directs that the Texas Medical Board “shall revoke the medical license or other authorization to practice medicine of a physician who violates” the provisions of SB14.

Evidence obtained by my office revealed that a Dallas-area doctor illegally provided high-dose cross-sex hormones to twenty-one minor patients for the direct purpose of “transitioning” the child’s biological sex. The doctor allegedly used false diagnoses and billing codes to mask these unlawful prescriptions.

Texas passed a law to protect children from these dangerous unscientific medical interventions that have irreversible and damaging effects. Doctors who continue to provide these harmful ‘gender transition’ drugs and treatments will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Liam Payne was likely in a “state of semi or total unconsciousness” when he fell to his death, the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office in Argentina said in a statement obtained by Page Six Thursday.

“The prosecutor’s office indicated that, due to the position in which the body was left and the injuries from the fall, it is presumed that Payne did not adopt a reflex posture to protect himself and that he could have fallen while in a state of semi or total unconsciousness,”the local officials said.

On Wednesday, Payne was declared dead after falling from the third-story balcony of his CasaSur Palermo Hotel room, where he had been staying as a guest. He was 31.

He had reportedly been acting “erratically,” according to several eyewitnesses, andeven smashed his laptop in the hotel lobby,[see pic below, last picture of him alive - he is holding laptop protectively] prompting workers to escort him back up to his room.

The hotel manager called 911 leading up to Payne’s death and could be heard in the harrowing call, released Thursday, saying he was in fear the singer would harm himself because of his state of mind.

“We have a guest who is [allegedly] high and drunk; andwhen he is conscious, he is destroying his room and we need you to send someone, please,” the man identified only as Estaban on the call says.

“We need you to send someone urgently becauseI don’t know if his life is in danger.”

A hotel guest has come forward alleging they heard a “really loud, violent scream” from Liam Payne’s hotel room shortly before the One Direction band member fell from his third floor balcony, resulting in his untimely death.

The insider, who was staying at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Wednesday, told Peoplethey heard “a lot of noise” coming from Payne’s roomin the moments before his death.

“I thought it was construction. I thought they were working on the room,” the guest shared, describing the noise as “heavy lifting” or “banging.”

The guest continued, adding that theysoon after saw hotel staff “going in and out” of Payne’s room. The witness claimed to have heard “more noise” coming from the spaceuntil 4:30 p.m. local time.

The preliminary autopsy report revealed the musician suffered multiple traumas as a result of the fall that led tointernal and external bleeding.

UFC star Conor McGregor has publicly declared his support for Donald Trump, labelling him as one of the greatest presidents in U.S. history.

The Irishman expressed his admiration for Trump on Twitter in response to a tweet from the president on Monday, in which he celebrated the third anniversary of his presidential inauguration.

"It was exactly three years ago today, January 20, 2017, that I was sworn into office. So appropriate that today is also MLK jr DAY," Trump wrote.

"African-American Unemployment is the LOWEST in the history of our Country, by far. Also, best Poverty, Youth, and Employment numbers, ever. Great!"

McGregor responded to the tweet by suggesting Trump deserved his place in the pantheon of the great U.S. presidents, adding a goat emoji to his tweet.

The emoji is used to replace the word "GOAT", an acronym for "greatest of all time."

McGregor, however, appeared to be slightly confused about the duration of Trump's presidency, as he made a rather ambiguous reference to the President being in the early stage of his term at the White House.

"Phenomenal President," the Dublin-born fighter tweeted.

"Quite possibly the USA [goat]. Most certainly one of them anyway, as he sits atop the shoulders of many amazing giants that came before him.

"No easy feet [sic]. Early stages of term also. Incredible.

"Congrats and Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day America."

Unsurprisingly, Trump appreciated McGregor's comments and replied by praising the 31-year-old for his recent win in UFC 246.

"Congratulations on your big @UFC WIN!"

McGregor made his first return to the octagon in almost 18 months on Saturday night in Las Vegas, Nevada, defeating Donald Cerrone in UFC 246.

Despite an absence that stretched all the way back to October 2018—when he lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov in UFC 229—It took the former featherweight and lightweight champion less than a minute to clinch the 26th win of his career.

The fight had barely begun by the time 31-year-old cracked Cerrone's chin with a head kick and only 40 seconds had elapsed by the time he was declared winner by TKO, the second-fastest win of his career.

McGregor's praise for Trump marks a significant change of tack on his stance on the President.

Back in 2015, the Dubliner had told the then-Republican presidential candidate to keep his opinion on UFC to himself in no uncertain terms.

"Donald can shut his big, fat mouth," McGregor told TMZ Sports, when asked what he made about Trump's comments on Ronda Rousey.

"I don't give a f*** about Donald Trump."

Trump had tweeted he was happy to see Rousey suffer a shock loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193 and described the former bantamweight champion as "not a nice person."

Trump was soundly booed when he attended UFC 244 in November last year.

A new report is stating that the former president has agreed to appear on Undertaker's podcast later this week.

With less than three weeks left until votes will be cast in the 2024 Presidential Election, the candidates are making their final pushes via multiple media sources, both conventional and unorthodox.

Today’s news report, however, may be the most unorthodox.

Alex Isenstadt from Politico is reporting from his X (formerly Twitter) account that former president Donald Trump is set to appear on The Undertaker’s podcast, Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway. His reporting stated that Mr. Trump would appear sometime this week, but did not specify an exact date as of the time of publishing.
