Covid-Vaxxed Suffer Staggering Loss of Life Expectancy
People who were “vaccinated” for Covid with mRNA injections have had decades wiped from their life expectancy, a new peer-reviewed study has revealed.
The bombshell study, published in the renowned Swiss medical journal MDPI, has sent shockwaves through the scientific community.
However, the study has further confirmed warnings from leading experts about the long-term impact of the Covid mRNA shots.
The researchers found that the Covid-vaxxed suffered a “statistically significant” loss of life expectancy after two or more doses.
Following a detailed analysis of the study, the McCullough Foundation confirms that those who received two doses of the shots have lost 37% of their life expectancy.
The Foundation, founded by eminent American cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, reported:

Further, the study found so-called “booster” shots are completely “ineffective.”

The US Department of Defence ordered “demonstrations” from pharmaceutical companies using the same secretive framework they use to order weapons.
While telling us they were pharmaceutical products, for legal reasons they described them as emergency use authorised “countermeasures.”
No pharmaceutical regulation applies to countermeasures.
“They were claiming that they’re producing pharmaceutical products to the good manufacturing standards when they perfectly well knew, I assure you, they were all aware of this.
They perfectly well knew that no pharmaceutical regulations apply to these things, countermeasures … They’re just lying to you that these are pharmaceuticals. They’re actually not,” Latypova explained.

PARIS, France—Marine Le Pen and her Rassemblement National party fell short of “expectations” in the second round of voting in France’s legislative elections this past weekend. The only problem with that? It was the corporate media and political classes that set those “expectations” in the first instance, hyping the threat of the “far-right” to help cobble together a far-left coalition and scare the French public into voting for it.
Macron’s gambit of calling an early electioncan not really be said to have paid off. TheFrench President has lost his prime minister and seats in the National Assembly and will now be forced to grovel to socialist, green, and Marxist parties to try to form a coalition government in a hung parliament.
Meanwhile, Le Pen can safely say she has increased her seats in France’s National Assembly by 53, and improved her vote share against the backdrop of some wildly disproportionate results:
Rassemblement National received over 10.6 million votes but only 142 seats;
The far-left alliance got 7 million votes and 180 seats;
Macron’s group got 6.7 million votes and 159 seats.
Le Pen has the largest group of Deputies (Members of Parliament) of any party. The others are coalitions, not parties. This is another feather in her cap and another cause for panic amongst France’s ruling class.
This chart shows the coalition numbers overlaid on top of the individual parties.
None of this is to say that Le Pen had a fabulous night. And to be clear, the far-left will celebrate their time in the sun – mostly by attacking police and vandalizing statues– for the next few weeks.
But the cold, hard reality for the French people is that this parliament cannot govern, and the nation is at its most divided since the end of the second world war.
This means there will almost certainly have to be fresh elections as soon as possible – after one year, according to the French constitution. Which means the next 12 months will be critical for both the New Popular Front (NPF) leftist coalition and the Rassemblement National.
The big losers over the last 24 hours are the centrist Ensemble coalition (down 86 seats) and the RINO-like Les Republicains (down 25 seats).
The fact that the far-left had to cobble together a devious tactical alliance at the last moment, which included standing candidates down across many districts in order to avoid losing more seats speaks volumes of the real left-right tug of war in which France finds itself.
Le Pen and her allies may feel uncomfortable for a few days, as they take stock of what they might have done differently. But don’t believe the corporate media framing.This was far from a blow out for the right. If anything, it puts them in an extraordinarily strong position for the Presidential race in 2027.

Gaza: Thousands of Dead Bodies Still Missing Under the Rubble, with No International Action
More than 10,000 Palestinian men and women are missing under the rubble in the Gaza Strip, with no way to recover them or properly bury their remains, in a blatant violation of international law amid total international inaction to assist in their retrieval.
Recovering the bodies of the victims of Israel’s nearly ten months of deadly and destructive military attacks on civilians will be extremely difficult, given the lack of heavy machinery and equipment for civil defense crews and the difficulty of their work. Furthermore, the Israeli army has deliberately and methodically targetedand destroyed this machinery and equipment, while preventing any replacement equipment entry to the Gaza Strip.
In addition to intentionally using weapons with enormous destructive power that leave tons of rubble that impede the removal and recovery of bodies from underneath, Israel has a pattern of systematic operations to prevent and obstruct the recovery of victims and missing persons from under the rubble, as documented by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor. These operations include targeting civil defense crews, rescue teams, and families trying to recover the bodies of victims, as well as preventing the entry of fuel necessary to operate what remains of the heavy machinery and preventing the entry of equipment.
Mrs. Maryam Imad, 19, informed the Euro-Med Monitor team that on 7 December 2023, two of her family’s homes in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, were bombed by Israeli warplanes. Among the 36 people who were inside were her parents, two of her brothers, one of whom was a child, and her grandfather, her uncles, their wives, and their children.
She added:
“After more than 42 days without hearing anything, we eventually discovered that the Israeli bombing had killed every single person who was buried beneath the debris. In early April of last year, I, the sole survivor of my family, tried with my two uncles to retrieve the bodies, but we were unable to extricate any of them.
“Then the Civil Defense arrived the following day and managed to retrieve a few bodies, while the remainder were buried beneath the debris. We have not been able to bury them yet because we do not have the necessary equipment, and we still demand their recovery even though I realize they have decomposed over the course of several months. We want to bury their remains properly,” she said.
According to Wissam Al-Sakani’s report to the Euro-Med Monitor team, on 22 November 2023 Israeli warplanes bombed his family’s home, which consisted of five flats in the northern Gaza Strip’s Beit Lahia area. The incident resulted in the deaths of approximately 45 people, including two of his children.
Al-Sakani said that despite weeks of efforts to extricate the victims, fifteen of them remain beneath the debris, and their recuperation is being hampered by the massive amount of debris, the lack of equipment, and the frequent bombing of the area.

Commission finds COVID pandemic caused $18 trillion in economic damage to US
Report also provided Congress, White House with recommendations for holding China's government accountable
A new report by the Heritage Foundation's Nonpartisan Commission on China and COVID-19 found that the COVID pandemiccaused $18 trillion in economic losses to the U.S. and placed blame for the outbreak on the Chinese government.
FOX Business exclusively viewed an advance copy of the report, which estimated that as of December 2023, the pandemic's total economic cost in the U.S. topped $18 trillion after taking into account several ways in which the pandemic affected the economy.
That figure includes more than $8.6 trillion caused by excess deaths; more than $1.825 trillion in lost income; $6 trillion due to chronic conditions such as "long COVID"; and mental health losses of $1 trillion and educational losses of $435 billion pushed the total above $18 trillion.
"The COVID-19 pandemic has exacted a staggering toll on the United States, both in human lives and in economic terms.The total estimated cost of $18.007 trillionis a stark reminder of the profound impact this global health crisis has had on the nation," the commission wrote. "By understanding and acknowledging these costs, we can lay the groundwork for holding accountable those whose negligence or overt actions exacerbated the pandemic's severity."
The report noted there were 1,476,457 excess deaths in the U.S. from 2020 to 2022 during the height of the pandemic.
In terms of lost economic output, real gross domestic product in that period was 2.5% below what was projected in early 2020 before the pandemic began.
It added that the pandemic was "the most disruptive and costly event of the 21st century" and that the worldwide excess deaths from COVID were estimated to be 28 million, according to an analysis by The Economist.
Regarding the origins of COVID, the commission found that it "very likely stemmed from a research-related incident in Wuhan, China."
"Although it remains theoretically possible that COVID-19 emerged via zoonosis in the wild or spillover in a wet market (spillover is a virus originating in animals before it passes to humans), there is no evidentiary basis for either of these hypotheses despite extensive testing over four years," the commission wrote.
The report also included a timeline of the Chinese government's actions as part of a "systematic cover-up" of the origins of COVID that began, at the latest, in December 2019, as well as its failure to take steps to contain the virus within its borders.
Commissioners provided recommendations for Congress to consider as it looks to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for its role in the COVID pandemic, which include:
• Establish a bipartisan national COVID commission to conduct "a review of China's negligence and cover-up as well as an evaluation of domestic policies that were implemented" in response to the pandemic.
• Create a bipartisan reparations or compensation task force to cover claims against the Chinese government.
• Facilitate the filing of civil claims against the People's Republic of China to allow civilians harmed by COVID to receive compensation by amending the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act with a provision letting civilians sue China for COVID claims.
•Decouple U.S. government and commercial supply chains from Chinese state-backed companies.
• Audit all U.S. government funding for biomedical research and related research activities in China.
The commission also provided recommendations for the president to take action on. Those include making it a diplomatic priority for China to allow an unfettered scientific and forensic investigation into COVID's origins, and imposing economic sanctions on Chinese officials and entities who were complicit in or supported the "distortion and concealment" of information related to the COVID pandemic.
"In the absence of self-accountability by China, and in view of its obstructionist role in international institutions, the Commission believes that only holding the Chinese government accountable and liable for its negligence and malfeasance can provide both China's government and other governments with the incentives and impetus to act differently in the future," the commissioners wrote.
The report said that it's up to the U.S. government to take action on its recommendations and expressed hope that other governments will take inspiration from the commission's work, adding, "Better to take bold action now than to ask ourselves why we didn't do more if an even deadlier pandemic emerges in the future."

A leap of faith.
A New Hampshire teen heroically jumped from a jetski onto a rogue boat to stop it from spinning uncontrollably in a popular lake after its captain was knocked off during a sailing lesson.
Brady Procon, 17, sprang into action Wednesday when his father, Justin, told him an unmanned boat was speeding in circles in Smith’s Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee, according to WMUR-TV.
“I was sitting on the porch, and my dad yelled that there was an out-of-control boat in the wake zone,” Procon told the outlet.
A sailboat instructor had been teaching lessons to kids from the vessel when he bent over to reach for a tennis ball he used to teach turning.
In that brief moment, one of the kids’ boats tipped over onto the instructor’s boat.
The mast from the student’s sailboat hit the boat’s throttle, sending him flying into the water and the vessel spiraling uncontrollably.
Procon and other residents quickly helped clear the kids away from dangerbefore the teen hopped on his neighbor Justin King’s jetski to make the daring leap.
A video shows King bringing the teen close to the rogue boat before Procon jumps onto the vessel and turns off the throttle, ending the chaotic scene.
“I dove off my jetski, hopped on his jetski, and then he maneuvered his jetski up to the boat so I could jump in it,” Procon told Western Mass News.
Fortunately, no one was reported to be hurt during the incident.
The fearless teen said he didn’t consider the danger when he made the jump and was just doing what needed to be done to end the situation.
“If it hit that dock, it would have ricocheted off and probably hit somebody’s house, dock, or people,” the teen said.
Procon, who has been deemed a hero by locals for putting himself in harm’s way, believes “anyone would have done that if they had that opportunity to do it.”
“They were calling me a hero, and all that, but I wouldn’t say I’m a hero,” said the teen, who is set to be shipped off to Navy boot camp in the fall.
“To be in any military branch, you have to have bravery, I guess. I wouldn’t even count what I did as brave, but some sort of don’t think, just do.”
Lake Winnipesaukee is about 50 miles from Portsmouth, NH.

Is it worth keeping 8kun online? I see little value in doing so these days, given everything that has been happening. I'm not sure if I can keep it online much longer. I repurposed the servers from my online streaming radio station, Shartnet, to create 8chan. Now, I'm thinking about bringing back Shartnet and using the servers currently hosting 8kun for a new radio station. I haven't made a decision yet, but I'd appreciate some user input on this.

Well the Court in Cacho v. McCarthy & Kelly 2024 WL 3293628 (S.D.N.Y. July 3, 2024) analyzed the issue and became

But the issue was an important one–
are cellular phones residential lines for DNC purposes
under the TCPA? The FCC had held they were. If the Court disagreed, it would be a big deal.
the Defendant was a Plaintiff’s law firm. The lead supplier was calling for Camp Lejune leads.
A very common purpose of calls–at least a couple years ago. Just another reminder that Plaintiff’s law firms are NOT immune from TCPA claims.
So the big takeaway from this ruling? The Czar’s TCPA presentation at LCOC needs to be entirely re-done from the ground up to assess where the FCC’s rulings are likely vulnerable to being disregarded by the court, where the Hobbs Act will apply, and where the courts are likely to reach the same conclusions as the FCC anyway.

How long was that?
And what’s crazy is that’s not even the whole analysis, I just got tired of cutting and pasting.
So first, this is a GREAT analysis by the court–not to say I agree with it, but it was well thought out and plodding. Piece by piece. Brick by brick and well supported and reasoned.
But also… long.
In the old days–last last Thursday–the Court could have just cited to the FCC ruling and stopped. One line became several pages. And while this court was willing to do the work–and impressively, and quickly!–most courts will not be.
The the Supremes have now given courts a choice– do a bunch of hard work to likely arrive at the same conclusion the agency did, or just shoot from the hip.
Cacho shows just how much labor goes into a court getting the analysis done for itself, and how unrewarding it is when ultimately the court just landed where the FCC had already been. Doesn’t seem like a great use of resources.
And, of course, this is just one ruling by one judge. The next judge could come to a different conclusion.
So are cellular phones residential lines for DNC purposes? Ask your local judicial official.
Except, maybe not. Remember the Hobbs Act also comes into play in TCPA rulings under the Communications Act–and the Hobbs Act, where applicable, strips the court of the jurisdiction to do the very analysis the Cacho court just did.
So how did the Hobbs Act apply in Cacho? It didn’t:
Because the Court concludes that Plaintiff’s allegations satisfy both the plain text of the TCPA and the FCC’s implementing regulations, the Court need not address the difficult and entirely unbriefed—question of whether the Hobbs Act constrains the Court’s review of the FCC’s determination that cellphones qualify for TCPA protection.
Get it?
Because the court agreed with the FCC it did not need to consider whether or not it had to agree with the FCC. And the parties did not even address the issue–another miss by law firms that don’t really understand the TCPAWorld.
Regardless, the Cacho ruling is even more interesting–to me at least–because the court ultimately cncluded the case needed to be dismissed anyway.
The Plaintiff had failed to allege the law firm at issue actually controlled or ratified the conduct of the lead generator that had gotten it sued:
