The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) reported on Thursday the arrest of the Presidential Commissioner for Strategic Projects, Christian Herson Flores Sandoval, as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of improper bribery as a direct author; that is, taking advantage of his position to request gifts or economic benefits.

According to a statement published on social network X by the Prosecutor’s Office, along with a photograph of Flores flanked by two police officers, the detainee, “using his position as Presidential Commissioner, demanded money from individuals and businesses in exchange for benefits and preferential participation in the government’s strategic projects.”

Upon learning of the arrest, the president on leave and re-elected for a second term, Nayib Bukele, reacted through his X account: “He is not the first, and he will not be the last. God willing, our war against corruption will be as successful as our war against gangs.”

Meanwhile, the Prosecutor’s Office added that “this is just the beginning of a broad investigation to deduce responsibilities and other corruption crimes,” and announced that Flores will be presented to the corresponding courts, to be prosecuted and answer to the law.

Others accused and without CICIES

Bukele announced in June 2023 that his government will wage a “full-scale war” against corruption and months later publicly asked Attorney General Rodolfo Delgado to also investigate officials in his government.

However, several members of Nayib Bukele’s cabinet have been accused of committing acts of corruption both by the United States and by journalistic investigations, but to date, the Prosecutor’s Office has not initiated an investigation.

Radical far-left New York Judge Juan Merchan on Tuesday fined President Trump $9,000 for speaking out in his own defense and violating his gag order in the ongoing lawfare trial in New York City. Merchan also threatened President Trump with jail if he continued to publicly defend himself in the case.

The judge gave Trump ‘permission’ to attend his sonBarron’s high school graduation ceremony on May 17in Palm Beach, Florida.

After refusing to recuse himself, Judge Juan Merchan earlier this month threatened to put President Trump in jail if he didn’t show up for trial.

Earlier this month President Trump asked the judge if he could skip the trial to attend his son Barron’s graduation. Judge Merchan said that the decision “really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial.”

After major backlash the judge gave Trump ‘permission’ to attend his own son’s high school graduation.

EXCLUSIVE: Internal DHS data reveals the 45+ U.S. cities that hundreds of thousands of migrants have flown into via the Biden administration's controversial "CHNV" mass parole program.

DHS also revealed in the subpoena response that as of October 2023, there was a backlog about 1.6 million applicants waiting for DHS approval to fly to the U.S. via the parole program.

In response to the DHS data revealing Florida received the overwhelming majority of migrant flights during the 8 month window, FL. Gov.

Reminder: The CHNV parole program, created by the Biden admin in January 2023, allows up to 30,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, & Venezuela to bypass the southern border entirely, and fly into the U.S. directly from foreign countries for a two year humanitarian parole grant if they have a sponsor in the U.S., and are vetted/approved for travel. The flights are commercial, and are not funded by taxpayers. The program recipient or their sponsor pays for it, and the parole grant allows the recipient to apply to work. The Biden admin considers the program a "lawful pathway", and the migrants flying into the U.S. via the program are not included in the southern border numbers.

According to CBP data, at least 404,000 migrants have flown into the U.S. via the CHNV parole program since it first began:

154,000 Haitians

95,000 Venezuelans

84,000 Cubans

69,000 Nicaraguans

So far, legal challenges to this controversial parole program have failed in court. A Texas lawsuit was dismissed earlier this year after a judge ruled the state didn't have standing to sue. More lawsuits are pending.

The Biden admin says the program is a lawful use of executive parole authority. They consider the program a success, and believe it provides an incentive to not cross the US border illegally. The numbers of Haitians and Cubans crossing illegally have steeply fallen as a result of the program.

Critics say the program essentially waves a magic wand to mass import hundreds of thousands of otherwise inadmissible migrants into the US, with the likelihood of them ever leaving or being deported if they stay past the permitted parole grant being remarkably low.

Joe Biden’s DOJ/FBI is hunting down pro-life, conservative grandmas while ignoring Antifa and BLM militants and the radical Hamas supporters shutting down and terrorizing college campuses.

Under Biden, the DOJ weaponized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a 1994 law that prohibits interfering with anyone obtaining or providing “reproductive health services,” as a punishment for the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade in June 2022.

After the Supreme Court ruling, Biden formed the DOJ-led Reproductive Rights Task Force to enforce the act.

According to The Epoch Times, The FACE Act has now been used 130 times against pro-life individuals but only used three times against pro-abortion protesters.

In 2020, a group of pro-life activists entered an abortion clinic in Washington DC and ‘blocked’ women from seeking abortions.

The DOJ said the group entered the facility and blocked access using their bodies, furniture, chains, and ropes and live-streamed their activity on social media, which, according to the DOJ, is a felony conspiracy.

In September 2023, Lauren Handy, 28, of Alexandria, Virginia; John Hinshaw, 67, of Levittown, New York; Heather Idoni, 61, of Linden, Michigan; William Goodman, 52, of Bronx, New York; and Herb Geraghty, 25, of Pittsburgh were found guilty of conspiring to blockade access to the clinic.

Idoni, a mother of 15, including 10 boys she and her husband adopted from Ukraine, is facing a sentence of up to 50 years in federal prison and over $1 million in fines for her participation in pro-life protests in Washington, D.C., Michigan, and Tennessee.

Sentencing for Idoni and the other pro-lifers in the Washington D.C. case will take place in mid-May. Idoni was also convicted for praying and singing hymns in the hallway of a clinic in Tennessee, and she currently awaits trial for two additional FACE violations in Michigan.

Idoni recently spoke with LifeSiteNews and shared the abuses she alleges she has faced while incarcerated.

Heather Idoni, a defendant in the Washington, D.C., FACE (Freedom to Access Clinic Entrances) Act trials, told LifeSiteNews that she has been subjected to 22 days of solitary confinement. In an exclusive interview, she said that she received this punishment for sharing food with fellow prisoners. Idoni alleged that she was allowed to walk outside her cell only for two hours in the middle of the night each day and that the lights of her cell were continually kept on. Idoni has been in prison since she was convicted last autumn.

Cal Zastro, a fellow pro-life advocate who has also been convicted of violating the FACE Act, told LifeSiteNews that “when Idoni was brought into the courtroom for a trial in Nashville, the U.S. marshal had the middle-aged woman shackled at the wrists, waist, and feet as if she were a dangerous criminal.”

Zastro said that, upon entering the courtroom, the shocked judge ordered the shackles removed. Initially the marshal agreed to remove the shackles from only one wrist to allow Idoni freedom to write, a concession necessary for her to take notes, as she was then representing herself in court. Only at the insistence of the indignant judge were the shackles of both wrists finally removed, although the marshal left the bars around her waist and feet.

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao sentenced to 4 months in prison after plea deal

Binance’s billionaire founder Changpeng Zhao was sentenced to four months in prison on Tuesday, after pleading guilty to charges of enabling money laundering at his crypto exchange.

“You had the wherewithal, the finance capabilities, and the people power to make sure that every single regulation had to be complied with, and so you failed at that opportunity,” U.S. District Judge Richard Jones said to Zhao in a Seattle federal court, according to a Reuters report.

The sentence handed down to the former Binance chief was significantly less than the three years that federal prosecutors had been seeking for him. The defense had asked for five months of probation. The sentencing guidelines called for a prison term of 12 to 18 months.

“I’m sorry,” Zhao told the judge before receiving his sentence, per Reuters.

“I believe the first step of taking responsibility is to fully recognize the mistakes,” Zhao reportedly said earlier Tuesday in court. “Here I failed to implement an adequate anti-money laundering program… I realize now the seriousness of that mistake.”

In November, Zhao, commonly known as CZ, struck a deal with the U.S. government to resolve a multiyear investigation into Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. As part of the settlement, Zhao stepped down as the company’s CEO. Though he is no longer running the company, Zhao is widely reported to have an estimated 90% stake in Binance.

Zhao, who wore a dark navy suit with a light blue tie to court, is accused of willfully failing to implement an effective anti-money laundering program as required by the Bank Secrecy Act, and of allowing Binance to process transactions involving proceeds of unlawful activity, including between Americans and individuals in sanctions jurisdictions.

The U.S. ordered Binance to pay $4.3 billion in fines and forfeiture. Zhao agreed to pay a $50 million fine……………..

Both rejected requests came after the 39-year-old prince and his wife, Meghan Markle, were thrown out of Frogmore Cottage last spring only weeks before King Charles III's coronation.

Harry and Meghan were gifted the cottage by the late Queen Elizabeth II, who maintained her decades-long tradition of giving all newly married senior royals a country residence of their own. The Sussex pair were officially based at Kensington Palace, where they had a lavish apartment, which is also the main base of William and Catherine. The renovations needed for the cottage ended up costing British taxpayers over $4 million dollars, which became a controversy once the duo only lived there for one year.

Once "Megxit" happened in early 2020, Princess Eugenie and her spouse, Jack Brooksbank, briefly lived in the cottage for six months before vacating in the spring of 2021, where it has remained abandoned ever since. When Charles III acceded to the throne in September 2022, there was talk he planned on forcing the scandal-ridden Prince Andrew to move to the "less costly" nineteenth-century home.

"Frogmore House is no longer occupied by the royal family but is often used for entertaining," the Royal Collection Trust website now reads.

"The story of Harry’s change of residence may have come out only in the past few days, but in fact, Harry quietly changed his primary residence as long ago as June 29, 2023, on the very day he and Meghan were evicted from Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate," royal author Tom Quinn dished when discussing the recent revelation of the Duke's change of address.

"That’s the date given in new business documents filed in the U.S. this week. At the time, few people realized what a slap in the face the eviction from Frogmore felt like for Harry — it was the last straw," he added. "Harry was absolutely furious and in tears about being evicted from Frogmore — he felt his father had no right to do it and that it was purely vindictive."

Charles III's decision, which insiders claim was "purely protocol," came weeks after Harry's "salacious" memoir, Spare, became a bestseller thanks to its author's "explosive details" about his family members.

Kaboom! Average Jackson Home Price Hits New Record At $7 Million

The outdoor recreation boom continues to influence the Jackson and Teton County housing market with the average single-family home price hitting an astonishing $7.02 million.

Real estate prices are still riding the up escalator in Jackson and Teton County, Wyoming, and there’s no sign they’ve reached the top floor despite exceeding $7 million for the average single-family home.

Last year’s lull to close out 2023 had some buyers hoping they could wait out the Jackson market and score cheaper home prices in 2024. But that’s not what the numbers for the first-quarter of 2024 show.

Sales in Jackson were up 10% year over year, according to the latest Jackson Hole quarterly report put out by the Viehman Group. Dollar volumes were up 62%. Average sales prices were up 47% overall, hitting new records in several categories, driven in part by a 55% increase in the number of luxury sales, those above $5 million.

Sales in the $1 million to $3 million range are still the majority of transactions — but just barely at 52%. Most of the sales activity was in the Westbank area at 31%, while the town of Jackson was a close second at 27%.

Overall inventory is up 14% year over year at 150 listings, according to the report. But that is still the third lowest inventory recorded in the market, suggesting that demand for a spot in Jackson Hole continues to dramatically outpace supply.

David Viehman, in his podcast about the report, recalled moving to the area in 1992, and how different things were then. “At that time, there were approximately 1,300 active listings, or about 11% of the overall number of properties in the valley,” he said. That’s what more “normal” markets typically see, Viehman said.

“But today (in Jackson), we have 1.2% of our properties on the market,” he said. “We have almost 13,000 deeds, but we only have 150 listings.”

More Market Constriction Ahead

Normally, high interest rates have a dampening effect on real estate markets. But that hasn’t been the case in Jackson Hole. Part of the reason could be the changing model for economic boom towns and counties right now.

Eight of the 10 largest wealth-attracting counties in the nation are being driven by outdoor amenities, and, on that trend, Teton County is leading the pack.

Viehman said he believes that Jackson Hole is going to remain a seller’s market for the foreseeable future, in spite of high interest rates, which were averaging 7.70% nationwide for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage on Monday, according to Forbes.

• The data in Viehman Group’s report indicates further market constriction is ahead.

• Overall properties under contract and their dollar volume — sales waiting in the wings — were down 22% and 21% respectively in Jackson Hole for the first quarter.

• That is a direct reflection of the lack of inventory, Viehman told Cowboy State Daily in an email.

• “In 2023, there were 45 properties under contract at the end of Q1 versus 35 this year,” he said.

• It’s an early indicator that constriction in the market is getting worse, not better.

• List prices for properties under contract reflect that continued market constriction, Viehman added. They rose 1% to $4.62 million, a new record for the category.

• Single-family homes, condos and townhouses are 82% of the properties under contract, while 11% are vacant residential lots.

• Single-family vacant lots remain in short supply as well, and getting shorter. Vacant single-family lots are also at their third lowest in history.

Lack Of Single-Family Homes

The number of single-family home sales dropped 21% year over year for the first quarter of 2024. That drop reflects lack of inventory rather than demand, the Viehman Group reported.

In fact, the average and median sale prices hit new records, at $7.02 million and $3.5 million respectively for the quarter, reflecting the dwindling supply.

The least expensive home listed on the Jackson market as of April 1 is a 1977 home with two bedrooms and one bath on 0.96 acres in Buffalo Valley. Its list price is $1.365 million. There were only three homes listed for less than $2 million as of April 1.

By contrast, the most expensive single-family home listing was $31.5 million for a 4.53-acre private estate north of Wilson on Lake Creek. That home is 9,600 square feet with four bedrooms and seven baths….

Donald Trump thinks he’s identified a crucial mistake of his first term: He was too nice.

We’ve been talking for more than an hour on April 12 at his fever-dream palace in Palm Beach. Aides lurk around the perimeter of a gilded dining room overlooking the manicured lawn. When one nudges me to wrap up the interview, I bring up the many former Cabinet officials who refuse to endorse Trump this time. Some have publicly warned that he poses a danger to the Republic. Why should voters trust you, I ask, when some of the people who observed you most closely do not?

As always, Trump punches back, denigrating his former top advisers. But beneath the typical torrent of invective, there is a larger lesson he has taken away. “I let them quit because I have a heart. I don’t want to embarrass anybody,” Trump says. “I don’t think I’ll do that again. From now on, I’ll fire.”

Six months from the 2024 presidential election, Trump is better positioned to win the White House than at any point in either of his previous campaigns. He leads Joe Biden by slim margins in most polls, including in several of the seven swing states likely to determine the outcome. But I had not come to ask about the election, the disgrace that followed the last one, or how he has become the first former—and perhaps future—American President to face a criminal trial. I wanted to know what Trump would do if he wins a second term, to hear his vision for the nation, in his own words.

What emerged in two interviews with Trump, and conversations with more than a dozen of his closest advisers and confidants, were the outlines of an imperial presidency that would reshape America and its role in the world. To carry out a deportation operation designed to remove more than 11 million people from the country, Trump told me, he would be willing to build migrant detention camps and deploy the U.S. military, both at the border and inland. He would let red states monitor women’s pregnancies and prosecute those who violate abortion bans. He would, at his personal discretion, withhold funds appropriated by Congress, according to top advisers. He would be willing to fire a U.S. Attorney who doesn’t carry out his order to prosecute someone, breaking with a tradition of independent law enforcement that dates from America’s founding. He is weighing pardons for every one of his supporters accused of attacking the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, more than 800 of whom have pleaded guilty or been convicted by a jury. He might not come to the aid of an attacked ally in Europe or Asia if he felt that country wasn’t paying enough for its own defense. He would gut the U.S. civil service, deploy the National Guard to American cities as he sees fit, close the White House pandemic-preparedness office, and staff his Administration with acolytes who back his false assertion that the 2020 election was stolen.

Trump remains the same guy, with the same goals and grievances. But in person, if anything, he appears more assertive and confident. “When I first got to Washington, I knew very few people,” he says. “I had to rely on people.” Now he is in charge. The arranged marriage with the timorous Republican Party stalwarts is over; the old guard is vanquished, and the people who remain are his people. Trump would enter a second term backed by a slew of policy shops staffed by loyalists who have drawn up detailed plans in service of his agenda, which would concentrate the powers of the state in the hands of a man whose appetite for power appears all but insatiable. “I don’t think it’s a big mystery what his agenda would be,” says his close adviser Kellyanne Conway. “But I think people will be surprised at the alacrity with which he will take action.”

The courts, the Constitution, and a Congress of unknown composition would all have a say in whether Trump’s objectives come to pass. The machinery of Washington has a range of defenses: leaks to a free press, whistle-blower protections, the oversight of inspectors general. The same deficiencies of temperament and judgment that hindered him in the past remain present. If he wins, Trump would be a lame duck—contrary to the suggestions of some supporters, he tells TIME he would not seek to overturn or ignore the Constitution’s prohibition on a third term. Public opinion would also be a powerful check. Amid a popular outcry, Trump was forced to scale back some of his most draconian first-term initiatives, including the policy of separating migrant families. As George Orwell wrote in 1945, the ability of governments to carry out their designs “depends on the general temper in the country.”

Every election is billed as a national turning point. This time that rings true. To supporters, the prospect of Trump 2.0, unconstrained and backed by a disciplined movement of true believers, offers revolutionary promise. To much of the rest of the nation and the world, it represents an alarming risk. A second Trump term could bring “the end of our democracy,” says presidential historian Douglas Brinkley, “and the birth of a new kind of authoritarian presidential order.”

Trump steps onto the patio at Mar-a-Lago near dusk. The well-heeled crowd eating Wagyu steaks and grilled branzino pauses to applaud as he takes his seat. On this gorgeous evening, the club is a MAGA mecca. Billionaire donor Steve Wynn is here. So is Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, who is dining with the former President after a joint press conference proposing legislation to prevent noncitizens from voting. Their voting in federal elections is already illegal, and extremely rare, but remains a Trumpian fixation that the embattled Speaker appeared happy to co-sign in exchange for the political cover that standing with Trump provides.

At the moment, though, Trump’s attention is elsewhere. With an index finger, he swipes through an iPad on the table to curate the restaurant’s soundtrack. The playlist veers from Sinead O’Connor to James Brown to The Phantom of the Opera. And there’s a uniquely Trump choice: a rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” sung by a choir of defendants imprisoned for attacking the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, interspersed with a recording of Trump reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. This has become a staple of his rallies, converting the ultimate symbol of national unity into a weapon of factional devotion.

The spectacle picks up where his first term left off. The events of Jan. 6, during which a pro-Trump mob attacked the center of American democracy in an effort to subvert the peaceful transfer of power, was a profound stain on his legacy. Trump has sought to recast an insurrectionist riot as an act of patriotism. “I call them the J-6 patriots,” he says. When I ask whether he would consider pardoning every one of them, he says, “Yes, absolutely.” As Trump faces dozens of felony charges, including for election interference, conspiracy to defraud the United States, willful retention of national-security secrets, and falsifying business records to conceal hush-money payments, he has tried to turn legal peril into a badge of honor.

In a second term, Trump’s influence on American democracy would extend far beyond pardoning powers. Allies are laying the groundwork to restructure the presidency in line with a doctrine called the unitary executive theory, which holds that many of the constraints imposed on the White House by legislators and the courts should be swept away in favor of a more powerful Commander in Chief.

A report released by the FBI stated that last year, in 2023, individuals over the age of 60 in the United States reportedly lost approximately $3.4 billion due to a number of fraud schemes.

On Tuesday, the FBI released the ‘Elder Fraud’ report where the agency detailed the types of schemes that older Americans have fallen victim to.

“Combatting the financial exploitation of those over 60 years of age continues to be a priority of the FBI,” Michael Nordwall, the FBI’s assistant director at the criminal investigative division, said in a statement with the report. “Along with our partners, we continually work to aid victims and to identify and investigate the individuals and criminal organizations that perpetrate these schemes and target the elderly.”

The report also states that the average amount of money lost in 2023, in terms of reported fraud of more than 100,000 people who are over 60 years old, was $33,915, with nearly 6,000 victims losing more than $100,000 each.

The report also stated that it is not just people over 60 that are getting scammed more frequently, but also, more than 300,000 individuals under the age of 60 who have reported being the victim of fraud as well.

The Recovery Asset Team, which can start a “kill chain” and notify financial institutions to freeze funds, is one tool the FBI uses to combat fraud attempts. The Recovery Asset Team was able to freeze more than $32 million of the funds linked to 626 fraud complaints that were submitted by people over 60 in 2023, according to the report.

Their numbers also show RFK Jr. pulling more votes from Biden than he does from Trump.

Their numbers also indicate that RFK Jr. does not have enough support to come even close to winning the Presidency, let alone a single State.

Don’t get me wrong, you all know I love me some RFK Jr., and I want to see him have a role in cleansing our Health Agencies, but he is not even within striking range, 6 months out from the election.

If these numbers are accurate, then RFK Jr. being in the race significantly helps Trump in the Swing States. RFK Jr.’s presence has no impact or increases Trump’s lead, in every race.

Apollo Slapped With Lawsuit Alleging "Widespread Fraudulent Human Life Wagering Conspiracy"

Apollo Global Management has been entangled in a scandalous lawsuit and accused of acquiring illegal life insurance policies on senior citizens through a complex web of shell trusts.

The company allegedly used an affiliate, Financial Credit Investment, to manage about a $20 billion portfolio of stranger-originated life insurance policies, effectively engaging in what the lawsuit claims:

"In short, Apollo has been carrying out a widespread fraudulent human life wagering conspiracy designed to not only hide its involvement, but to create the false appearance that the policies it owns are somehow legitimate."

The complaint continues:

"Worse still, when Apollo senses a claim is going to be brought, it attempts to dissolve its shell entities to give itself yet another layer of protection."

This scheme was designed to give the policies the illusion of legitimacy. Martha Barotz's estate initiated the legal action filed in Delaware's Chancery Court last Friday. It raises serious questions about Apollo's ethical practices.

"In this way, the senior citizens have no idea who owns a policy on their life, and who wants them dead," the suit said, adding, "Apollo was fraudulently and illegally using these shell entities to perpetuate human life wagers not only on the life of Mrs. Barotz, but on the lives of hundreds (if not thousands) of other senior citizens."

Bloomberg first reported on the lawsuit. Responding to BBG's note, Joshua Rosner, a Graham Fisher & Co. managing partner, wrote on X that Apollo's actions are "mind-bending and horrifying."

Communications staff frequently correct, add to or alter Biden’s official remarks in order to either bring them into compliance with official White House policy or, in some cases, reality, a Daily Caller analysis showed. In several cases, official statements had to be changed to convey the exact opposite of what Biden actually said.

Through 118 statements, speeches and chats with reporters spanning from Jan. 1 to April 24, the White House has officially updated its transcript with corrections to what the president said out loud at least 148 times.

Some of the modifications include corrections to names, dates and titles of organizations. Others change verbs and modify the meaning of the president’s statement entirely. Presidential Debates Commission sticking to original schedule amid Trump's calls for earlier debates

First presidential debate slated for Sep 16 at Texas State University in San Marcos

The Commission on Presidential Debates will proceed with its original schedule despite requests from former President Trump's campaign for earlier events.

The commission released its schedule in November last year, but Trump's camp has urged organizers to offer earlier and more frequent debates in a bid to outshine Biden onstage.

"The CPD’s criteria […] will be applied in early September; afterward, the Commission will extend debate invitations to qualifying candidates," the CPD told Fox News Digital.

The commission added, "The CPD is proceeding with production and broadcast plans at its four debate sites as also announced on November 20, 2023."

Radio personality Howard Stern hosted Biden last week for an interview in which the president confirmed his intentions to debate his Republican opponent.

"I am, somewhere, I don’t know when," Biden replied. "I'm happy to debate him."

Trump pounced on the comment, asserting that he was eager to debate under any conditions and at any time.

"Everyone knows he doesn’t really mean it, but in case he does, I say, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE, an old expression used by Fighters," the former president wrote on Truth Social.

Earlier this year, the Trump campaign wrote a letter to the commission to request that the debate schedule be expanded and moved up on the calendar.

"The Commission must move up the timetable of its proposed 2024 debates to ensure more Americans have a full chance to see the candidates before they start voting, and we would argue for adding more debates in addition to those on the currently proposed schedule," Trump advisers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita wrote in the letter.

Prior to the Stern interview, the Biden camp remained coy about the president's willingness to debate, characterizing Trump's emphasis on the question as desperate.

"If I were him, I would want to debate me, too," Biden told reporters in Nevada this year. "He’s got nothing else to do."

The first presidential debate is scheduled for Sept. 16 at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. The second debate will be in Petersburg, Virginia, on Oct. 1, and the third will be held in Salt Lake City on Oct. 9. A vice presidential debate is scheduled for Sept. 25 in Easton, Pennsylvania.

I just filed an official ethics complaint against Jack Smith with the Department of Justice's Office of Professional Responsibility for his illegal election interference.

It’s obvious to any reasonable observer that Jack Smith is trying to interfere with the 2024 election and stop the American people from electing Donald Trump. Mr. Ragsdale:

I write today to request an ethics investigation of Biden Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith for abusing the resources of the federal government to unlawfully interfere with the 2024 presidential election. Jack Smith’s multiple attempts to rush to trial the federal January 6th case against President Trump violated long-standing, explicit Justice Department policy. Further, Jack Smith’s repeated violations of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia’s stay of proceedings are a lawless breach of trial ethics and lawyerly conduct. Jack Smith’s actions brought disrepute to the Justice Department and the federal government as a whole, and he should face discipline appropriately.

ATTEMPTING TO EXPEDITE TRIAL IN VIOLATION OF DOJ POLICY

In June 2023, Biden special counsel Jack Smith obtained an indictment against President Donald J. Trump. The indictment charges President Trump with several offenses in relation to the Capitol riot of January 6, 2021. President Trump is now the presumptive Republican nominee for President, having won enough delegates to secure the nomination on March 12, 2024. As we will demonstrate, Biden special counsel Jack Smith is attempting to expedite the trial in order to influence the general election in November. This conduct violates Section 9-85.500 of DOJ’s Justice Manual to which Jack Smith is bound.1

Section 9-85.500 dictates that “[f]ederal prosecutors . . . may never select the timing of any action . . . for the purpose of affecting any election, or for the purpose of giving an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political party.” Jack Smith first violated this rule when–in August 2023–he petitioned the District Court for a January 2, 2024, trial date. There exist approximately thirteen million pages of discovery for President Trump to review, plus thousands of hours of camera footage. Prosecutors bringing a case of this complexity–with so many consequential and novel legal issues to sort out–would normally never seek to bring it to trial within five months. The only reason to push for such an early trial date was to work to get the case tried before the November election, and the Justice Department Manual clearly forbids Jack Smith from taking any action on that basis.

Biden special counsel Jack Smith next violated this Justice Department provision when he petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States for a writ of certiorari before judgment in December.2 This extraordinary petition sought to bypass the normal appellate process, which involves a decision by a Court of Appeals panel and, possibly, review by the en banc court. Jack Smith asserted that it was “imperative” for the Supreme Court to grant his highly unusual request,3 but on December 22, 2023, the Supreme Court denied Jack Smith’s petition….

Authorities in Turkey have arrested more than 100 people in the past week accused of having ties to the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist organization, including eight detained on Monday allegedly plotting a bomb attack on communist May Day marches in Istanbul.

Health Canada Asked Pfizer For DNA Fragments Size In COVID Shots, Linked To 'Probability' Of Genomic 'Integration'

Canada’s drug regulator asked Pfizer to provide data on the size of DNA fragments in its COVID-19 vaccine, due to genomic integration concerns, shortly after learning the pharma giant withheld information on DNA sequences contained in its product.

“Concerning the residual plasmid DNA in the drug substance, provide data/information characterizing […] the size distribution of the residual DNA fragments [and] residual intact circular plasmid,” says a request for clarification Health Canada issued to Pfizer on Aug. 4, 2023.

The information was released as part of records obtained through an access-to-information request. It shows, in part, that a Health Canada official was keeping the department’s counterparts in the United States and Europe apprised of the department’s interactions with Pfizer, in a bid to harmonize the regulators’ approaches regarding the recently discovered DNA fragment impurities.

“As you are aware, the fragment size is related to the probability of integration, and the WHO guidance assumes a fragment size of generally less than 200 bp,” Dr. Dean Smith, a senior scientific evaluator in Health Canada’s Vaccine Quality Division, wrote in an October 2023 email to counterparts at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

DNA plasmids are used in the manufacturing process of mRNA vaccines and residual elements are supposed to be cleaned out below a certain threshold. Pfizer said DNA in its products is below the 10ng/dose guideline established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and followed by Health Canada, according to the official records.

This assertion has been challenged by independent scientists, who found quantities of DNA in the vaccines to be above the threshold. They have also found the DNA fragments are larger than 200 base pairs (bp).

Virologist Dr. David Speicher, who has studied Canadian mRNA vials, told The Epoch Times the average size of fragments his study found is 214 base pairs (bp), with some as large as 3.5 kilobase (kb).

While small fragments frequently integrate spontaneously into the genome, these mutations are stopped through either DNA repair mechanisms or cellular death, Dr. Speicher said.

Elliott Acquires Large Stake in Trader Sumitomo: Report

Elliott Management Corp. of the United States, known as an activist investor, has invested several tens of billions of yen to build a large stake in Japanese trading house Sumitomo Corp., Bloomberg reported Sunday.

Elliott has engaged with Sumitomo and shared its views on ways to create shareholder value, the U.S. news agency quoted a person familiar with the matter as saying.

Sumitomo is one of Japan's five major trading companies in which U.S. investment firm Berkshire Hathaway Inc., led by renowned investor Warren Buffett, has stepped up investment.
