If they throw him in jail, his poll numbers will skyrocket - on top of that, wherever they hold him will turn into a federally protected building, as he would still have his Secret Service protection and the entire thing would be shut down.

This would create total chaos.

It would also be precedent setting, which means Joe Biden is FAIR GAME!

The Tennessee House just passed a bill that allows teachers and staff to carry a gun to protect the students. Staff who want to carry must go through 40 hours of gun training and have a psychological evaluation.

Left wing activists including Rep. Justin Jones staged a "die in" and were screaming like lunatics after the bill passed.

The bill now heads to Governor @BillLeeTN’s desk to be signed into law.

51% of Americans Unhappy With Congress Voting $61bn to Ukraine - Reports

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - A total of 51% of Americans disapprove of the decision by the US House of Representatives to support President Joe Biden's $61 billion aid package for Ukraine, while only 39% think otherwise, Daily Express US reported on Tuesday, citing a poll conducted by the Washington-based Democracy Institute.

As for the US president's policy regarding the Ukraine conflict, 60% of Americans disapprove it versus just 27% who support it, the survey also revealed.

The poll has been conducted among 1,500 US voters. The margin of error has not been specified.

He served in the administration of President George W. Bush and also served as a senior advisor on international affairs for U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romney. On April 18, 2014, Biden’s son was appointed to the board of directors of Burisma, which Archer had joined several months earlier (it seems still in 2013). Then Rosemont Seneca Partners, received regular payments “usually more than $166,000 per month” from Burisma. The payments ran from the spring of 2014 through the fall of 2015 and reportedly totaled over $3 million.

DHS Monitoring Over 600,000 Illegals with CRIMINAL RECORDS

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is reportedly aware of and monitoring more than 600,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records who managed to enter the country.

The data was presented by House National Security, Border and Foreign Affairs Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Glenn Grothman during a hearing on Tuesday.

According to Grothman, of theover 6 Million Illegal immigrants who have been allowed into the country since Joe Biden was elected, 617,000 have either Criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.

Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI) – chairman of the House National Security, Border and Foreign Affairs (NSBFA) Subcommittee – disclosed this during an April 11 hearing. The NSBFA Subcommittee is under the larger House Oversight Committee led by its chairman, Rep. James Comer (R-KY).

According to Grothman, 617,000 illegals of the more than six million permitted into the U.S. since President Joe Biden took office have either criminal convictions or pending criminal charges. He subsequently blasted this alarming finding during the same hearing.

"The fact is that illegal aliens should not be in the country in the first place and able to commit these crimes," said the Wisconsin congressman. He also cited an analysis conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety revealing that such people "are more likely to be convicted of homicide, sexual assault, and kidnapping than the average Texan."

"The solutions aren't hard. Secure the border, stop releasing illegal aliens into the country in droves. When an illegal alien commits a crime in the community, turn them over to ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement], enforce the law and remove them. It's just that simple."

Bill Waybourn, sheriff of Tarrant County in Texas, also testified during the April 16 hearing. He told lawmakers that 264 illegals from at least 15 countries are currently being held in jails across the county. These 264 illegals in custody, the sheriff added, are accused of committing violent crimes including eight murders; 38 counts of assault with a deadly weapon; five counts of sexual assault and two counts of child pornography.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said he is in “utter disbelief” over the opening statements of the trial brought forth by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Former President Donald Trump arrived at the courthouse Monday to hear opening statements from the prosecution and defense teams over the 34-count indictment accusing him of falsifying business records to cover up an alleged hush money payment to former porn actress Stormy Daniels. It is alleged that Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to Daniels to keep an alleged extramarital affair between her and Trump undisclosed ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

“What is clear is in this case, Trump is right,” Turley said. “I mean, this is an embarrassment. I mean, the fact that we are actually talking about this case being presented in a New York courtroom leaves me in utter disbelief. I mean, the arguments today did in fact capture all the problems here. You know, you had this misdemeanor under state law that had run out. This is going back to the 2016 election. And they zapped it back into life by alleging that there was a campaign finance under the federal laws that doesn’t exist. The Department of Justice doesn’t view it this way.”

Turley compared the allegations against Trump to former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, whose campaign funded the Steele Dossier to investigate the now-discredited claims that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election. (RELATED: Trump Defense Attorney Says Bragg’s Charges Are Really Just 34 ‘Pieces Of Paper’)

“But also keep in mind, this is what Hillary Clinton’s people did. Remember, when they funded the Steele Dossier, which they denied to reporters. They put it as a legal expense, and then they fought the eventual fine that they received from the federal government saying ‘well it was a legal expense.’ But now you’ve got some of the same Democrats supporting this same bizarre theory,” Turley continued.

Fox News’ John Roberts pointed out that the prosecution is “being led in part” by Michael Colangelo, who served as the U.S. Associate Attorney General under President Joe Biden’s administration, then left his position to become a state prosecutor for Bragg’s office. Turley said Colangelo’s role supports Trump’s accusations that the case is “coordinated.”

“The fact is that most people in most courts would be, like, ‘woah, lets nots start with the former Biden Justice [Department] attorney to make this argument. But in New York, it doesn’t matter, because not much else matters except the name of the defendant on the caption, Donald Trump,” he added.

Colangelo accused Trump during his opening statement of formulating a “long-running conspiracy” to interfere in the 2016 election, according to The Associated Press.

“The defendant, Donald Trump, orchestrated a criminal scheme to corrupt the 2016 presidential election. Then he covered up that criminal conspiracy by lying in his New York business records over and over and over again,” Colangelo reportedly said.

Todd Blanche, a defense attorney representing Trump, affirmed the former’s president’s innocence, the outlet reported.

“President Trump is innocent. President Trump did not commit any crimes. The Manhattan district attorney’s office should never have brought this case,” Todd Blanche reportedly said.

Trump’s legal team is prepared to paint Daniels and Cohen as liars who are motivated by finances and grudges, court documents show, CNN reported. The prosecution reportedly aims to look into whether the former president violated federal and state election laws or state tax laws in the manner how he reimbursed Cohen.

Trump pleaded not guilty to all 34 counts during an April 4, 2023, court appearance.

MOSCOW, April 24 (Reuters) - A Russian court has ordered the seizure of funds in JPMorgan , opens new tab bank accounts in Russia, court filings showed on Wednesday, in a lawsuit filed by state-owned bank VTB (VTBR.MM), opens new tab as it seeks to regain funds blocked abroad.

JP Morgan Chase last week sued VTB in New York to halt its efforts to recover $439.5 million from an account that was blocked after Russia despatched its army to Ukraine in 2022 and VTB was hit with sanctions.

JPMorgan Chase declined to comment on the Russian court's interim measures. VTB did not immediately comment on Wednesday. It has previously declined to comment on its legal disputes with JPMorgan Chase.

The Arbitration Court of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region's ruling was dated April 22.

The court said it had ordered the seizure of all funds in JP Morgan bank accounts in Russia, including correspondent accounts and those opened in the name of a subsidiary. The court said it had not seized securities and property held by JP Morgan funds, or the jpmorgan.ru domain.

In a complaint filed in federal court in Manhattan earlier this month, JPMorgan described VTB's attempt to recover the money in Russia as a "blatant breach" of its agreement to have disputes addressed in New York.

The largest U.S. bank said U.S. law prohibits it from releasing the $439.5 million, and VTB, Russia's second-largest bank, will try to seize its assets abroad if it prevails in the Russia lawsuit.

It said VTB's prospects there were good, with Russian courts having granted at least six other Russian banks relief against U.S. and European banks that were required to comply with sanctions laws.

WASHINGTON — The Pentagon has partially declassified some space electronic warfare technologies and exercises, a move seen as critical for enhancing U.S. Space Force training and fostering closer collaboration with allied forces.

Col. Christopher Fernengel, director of the Commander’s Action Group at U.S. Space Command, credited the Defense Department’s space policy office for leading the declassification efforts.

“They’re directing changes to declassify where it makes sense,” Fernengel said April 20 on a podcast hosted by the Mitchell Institute of Aerospace Studies.

The head of the Pentagon’s space policy office, John Plumb, has advocated for updates to the classification guidance to facilitate collaboration with allies and with the private sector.

Historically, space electronic warfare has been highly classified, Fernengel said. Just a few years ago, “everything was behind the green door at the ‘top secret special access’ program level,” he said. Most recently, “we saw much of the capability go from a top secret SAP level down to secret, or top secret.”

Space electronic warfare involves manipulating the electromagnetic spectrum, crucial for communication, navigation, and sensor data in space. It encompasses offensive actions like jamming or spoofing to hinder adversaries, alongside defensive measures to protect friendly space assets. Exercises often involve an “aggressor squadron” simulating enemy attempts to disrupt U.S. space systems electronically.

‘We can share more with coalition partners’

Lt. Col. C. Gene Adams, commander of the 527th Space Aggressor Squadron, underscored the benefits of lowering classification. “We can share more with coalition partners who have similar capabilities,” he said.

The policy changes streamline approvals, Adams said. “Counter-space approval activity packages” previously requiring Secretary of Defense sign-off are now delegated to colonels (O-6 level) in most cases, he explained.

This has led to increased international participation in exercises. Adams cited a recent electronic communications and data-sharing exercise, “Heavy Rain,” conducted with the U.S. Air Force, U.K., Australia, and France at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.

Fernengel emphasized the need for continued declassification efforts. “Bringing on more allies builds a more holistic electronic warfare enterprise,” he said. “We should not take our foot off the pedal” in continuing declassification efforts so more training opportunities open up with international partners.

Adams sees transparency as a deterrent. “Strategic deterrence is difficult without proper messaging,” he said. “Being able to work more closely with our partner nations will only make us more proficient and effective.”

New video evidence uncovered by CNN significantly undermines two Pentagon investigations, the latest of which was released last week, into an ISIS-K suicide attack outside Kabul airport, during the American troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021.

The incident was a gruesome coda to America’s longest war, leaving dead 13 United States military service members and about 170 Afghans who were desperately seeking US help to flee the Taliban takeover of Kabul. For two years, the US military has insisted that the loss of life was caused by a single explosion, and that troops who reported coming under fire and returning it were likely confused in the chaotic aftermath, some suffering from the effects of blast concussion.

But video captured by a Marine’s GoPro camera that has not been seen publicly in full before shows there was far more gunfire than the Pentagon has ever admitted. A dozen US military personnel, who were on the scene and spoke to CNN anonymously for fear of reprisals, have described the gunfire in detail. One told CNN he heard the first large burst of shooting come from where US Marines were standing, near the blast site. “It wasn’t onesies and twosies,” the Marine said. “It was a mass volume of gunfire.”

An Afghan doctor who spoke to CNN on the record for the first time said he personally pulled bullets from the wounded, and with his hospital staff counted dozens of Afghans who died from gunshot wounds.

Combined, the new evidence challenges the credibility of the two US military investigations and raises serious questions for the Pentagon, which has continued to dismiss mounting evidence that civilians were shot dead.

In January 2021 the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) published a list of members of congress who belong to fraternities and sororities. It's called "Greek Members of Congress (117th Congress - updated 01/2021)". If Anon did the math right, there are 145 members of congress on NIC's list. According to govtrack.us, there are 435 members of the house and 100 senators for a total of 535 voting congressional members. 145/535 x 100 = 27%. Somewhere around twenty-seven percent of congress members belong to Greek fraternities/sororities. While some of the members on this list are no longer in congress, there is a huge percentage of frat boys and sorority girls in congress.

After seeing chants of "Death to America" and the burning of the US flag on college campuses and Columbia faculty walking out in support of the protesters, Anon decided to increase focus on "Greek" fraternities/sororities. Think about it. Do the sentiments displayed by institutions of learning bleed over into fraternities/sororities and then into congress? If sentiments have crossed over to congress, via the fraternities/sororities, then congress has been decimated about 2 times over.

According to Merriam-Webster, it only takes 10% loss to decimate an army. If only 50% of the fraternity/sorority members of congress adhere to the anti-American sentiments infecting colleges, then congress is still decimated.

Fraternity/sorority membership may not be cause for exclusion from congress but it appears that voters need to learn as much as possible about the affiliations and beleafs of the people asking for their votes.

Scientists believe they have finally established the truth behind one of the world’s greatest deep sea mysteries.

Back in 2011, Swedish explorers Peter Lindberg and Denis Asberg were combing the Baltic Sea for treasure when their sonar radars detected a jaw-dropping structure.

Lying nearly 300 feet (90 metres) beneath the waves, the object was circular with a diameter measuring approximately 200 feet (60 metres), the Discovery Channel reports.

Perhaps most remarkably, the form was marked with angular lines, leading many to liken it to the iconic Star Warsstarship the Millennium Falcon.

More staggering still, it appeared to feature “stair-like formations”, leading to a dark hole and another unknown object around 660 feet (200 metres) away.

Speaking about the discovery at the time, Asberg told Sweden’s TV4: “We were really surprised and puzzled.

“We were thinking, ‘What is that we have found here?’. This is not a wreck. At that time we thought for sure there was a natural explanation.

“We wanted to look into it some more and decided to keep this totally quiet. We contacted geologists, marine biologists and when they said they had never seen anything like this, of course, more thoughts were triggered. It could be something really awesome that we’ve found."

The enigmatic nature of the find prompted a flood of speculation, with some netizens suggesting it could be the remains of an ancient civilisation, others convinced it was the shell of a UFO and others even positing that it could have been a hidden Nazi weapon or the entrance to a secret World War II bunker.

For his part, Lindberg was keen to offer his own ideas of what the object might be: "It has these very strange stair formations, and if it is constructed, it must be constructed tens of thousands of years ago before the Ice Age," he said in a 2012 radio interview, as quoted by NBC.

For context, the peak of the last Ice Age occurred some 20,000 years ago.

"If this is Atlantis, that would be quite amazing," Lindberg added, in reference to the legendary continent.

Still, he also acknowledged, more prosaically, that it could also be a natural formation, such as a meteorite that crashed to Earth, or an underwater volcano.

Suffice it to say, some of these theories were lent more credence than others.

And yet, for years experts couldn’t agree on what the structure – which came to be known as the Baltic Sea Anomaly – really was.

Whilst most researchers concluded that the anomaly was made of rock, others insisted that it was, in fact, constructed of metal.

Fuelling this latter hypothesis was the claim made by diver Stefan Hogerborn, who was part of Lindberg and Asberg's Ocean X mission that made the original discovery.

He told reporters that electrical and satellite equipment cut out whenever they got too close to the object, according to a TechSciblog post.

"Anything electric out there, and the satellite phone as well, stopped working when we were above the object,” Hogerborn reportedly said.

“Then when we got away about 200 metres, it turned on again."

Meanwhile geologist Steve Weiner, of the University of Texas, allegedly carried out tests on the anomaly, which led him to conclude that it was made of “metals which nature could not reproduce itself”.

longtime 10th District congressman, dies at 65

Rep. Donald Payne Jr. died Wednesday, according to Gov. Phil Murphy. He has been hospitalized since suffering from a heart attack from diabetes complications on April 6.

A Newark, New Jersey native, Payne was first elected to represent New Jersey’s 10th Congressional District in Washington in 2012, succeeding his father in the post. He has also served on the council in Newark and as a freeholder in Essex County.

The 65-year-old congressman was in stable condition under doctor’s care according to a statement released by his office on April 17.

The governor said that he and first lady Tammy Murphy are "deeply saddened by the tragic passing of our friend, and a steadfast champion for the people of New Jersey."

Japan's yen hits 155 to the dollar, weakest since 1990

The yen fell on Wednesday to its weakest levels against the dollar since 1990, with markets alert to any signs of intervention from the Japanese authorities to prop up their currency.

The dollar reached as high as 155.17 yen, its strongest since 1990, before falling back in choppy trading, a sign of market nervousness around the 155 level. It was last at 154.97, up 0.09%.

The decline in the yen comes after a string of strong U.S. inflation data pushed the dollar to five-month highs and reinforced expectations that the Federal Reserve is unlikely to be in a rush to cut interest rates this year. The yen's slide against the dollar has revived anticipation of currency intervention. Japanese Finance Minister Shunichi Suzuki and other policymakers have said they are watching currency moves closely and will respond as needed.

The strong dollar prevailed at last week's International Monetary Fund and World Bank spring meetings in Washington, too, and the United States, Japan and South Korea issued a rare joint statement on the issue.

Speaking after the Group of 20 finance leaders' meeting in Washington, Bank of Japan Gov. Kazuo Ueda said the Japanese central bank may raise interest rates again if the yen's declines significantly push up inflation, highlighting the dilemma the weak currency has become for policymakers.

The Bank of Japan concludes its latest policy meeting on Friday.

Following a Monday unsealing order by the judge in the Mar-a-Lago case, a series of documents shed light on the origins of Donald Trump’s claims that a top prosecutor on special counselJack Smith’s staff offered a “JUDGESHIP” to a lawyerrepresenting his valet co-defendant during an August 2022 meeting.

More than anything else, the documents reveal that Trump’sjudgeship offer allegation against Jay Bratt, the Justice Department’s chief for Counterintelligence and Export Control Section of the National Security Division who joined Smith’s team, bears little resemblance to what was actually being argued in court filings on “allegations of potential misconduct” that U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon has unsealed.

On June 8, 2023, the Guardian reported that Stanley Woodward, then a new attorney for Trump valet Walt Nauta, was taken aback that Bratt mentioned Woodward’s pending judicial application to the D.C. Superior Court in almost the same breath as he urged Nauta to cooperate with the government in the face of criminal exposure. The report said the meeting happened around November of 2022, but documents said the meeting took place on Aug. 24, 2022.

As it turns out, one unsealed filing shows, on June 5, 2023 — just three days before the Guardian report, which dropped on the eve of the Mar-a-Lago indictment’s unsealing — Trump was secretly litigating in D.C. to get his hands on grand jury transcripts of witness interviews, including Nauta’s and that of Mar-a-Lago property manager and co-defendant Carlos De Oliveira.

Weeks after the Espionage Act indictment, Trump withdrew the motion for disclosure and it was denied as moot, but the specter of the claims against Bratt remained. Trump had ramped up the allegations to the extreme on Truth Social on June 8, 2023 — again, the eve of his indictment’s unsealing.

He accused Bratt, without naming him, of trying to “BRIBE & INTIMIDATE A LAWYER REPRESENTING SOMEONE BEING TARGETED & HARASSED TO FALSELY ACCUSE & FABRICATE A STORY ABOUT PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP & A CRIME THAT DOESN’T EXIST.” The defense lawyer was Woodward and the client was Nauta, though the post did not name either of them. (pic 1)

Trump went so far as to claim that Bratt had “offered” Woodward a judgeship “IN THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION” (Note: the president appoints the judges of the D.C. Superior Court, but it is distinct from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia). (pic 2)

Filings from the special counsel and Woodward show the reality of the situation was drastically different than a straight-up offer of a judgeship to Woodward in exchange for Nauta’s cooperation.

Just days before Trump’s then attorneys John Rowley and Jim Trusty exited the case, they filed the motion for disclosure claiming that Bratt’s remarks in the meeting “suggested a quid pro quo or even a threat intended to cause Mr. Woodward to persuade his clients to cooperate with Mr. Bratt.”

“In other words, ‘play ball or you have no chance of becoming a judge,'” as Rowley and Trusty characterized Bratt’s words in their motion. Pic 3

But yet, Jack Smith said, the allegedly untoward comments went without mention for “more than nine months,” only emerging weeks after Trump and Nauta received target letters in May 2023.

“In the more than nine months that elapsed between the August 2022 meeting and the Disclosure Motion, Woodward himself never approached the Government or filed a claim in court arguing that any government attorney had acted improperly,” Smith said. “Because the Disclosure Motion, which was filed in a sealed grand jury matter that included only Trump and the Government, did not indicate whether Woodward endorsed its allegations, the Government, with leave from the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, provided Woodward with the relevant excerpts from the Disclosure Motion and sought his input.”

Smith, saying that the Special Counsel’s Office referred the claims to the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility at Bratt’s request out of “an abundance of caution,” described Trump’s allegations as a “tale” of “ludicrous” and “implausible” proportions, riddled with “factual inaccuracies and mischaracterizations.” The special counsel said it was “wholly without merit” for the defense to say that the prosecutor with three decades of experience would casually threaten to retaliate over Nauta’s possible non-cooperation by somehow torpedoing Woodward’s potential future on the D.C. Superior Court.

The special counsel then referred to Woodward’s own account of what took place during the meeting at issue in a D.C. letter to Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg dating back to June 7, 2023. While Woodward called Bratt’s words on Aug. 24, 2022 “inappropriate” and something that should be investigated further by the Office of Professional Responsibility, the defense attorney also said his defense of Nauta “was not adversely impacted by this discussion.”

Woodward recalled Bratt saying “words to the effect of ‘I wouldn’t want you to do anything to mess that up’ — referring to Mr. Woodward’s potential nomination.”

Woodward explained in a court filing of his own that he didn’t “correct” Trump’s Truth Social “narrative” about the purported judgeship offer because he fights his cases in court.

While Woodward “confirmed the general accuracy of the allegations” about what Bratt said, Nauta’s lawyer wrote that he did not want to be “formally” interviewed by the special counsel about the meeting “out of fear of becoming a witness in one or more proceedings related to defense counsel’s representation of Mr. Nauta and others.”

In summary, Trump’s former lawyers used the words “quid pro quo” in a court filing that was secret at the time to try and obtain his eventual co-defendants’ grand jury transcripts while knowing the former president was a target of prosecutors’ Mar-a-Lago probe. Three days later, Trump took to Truth Social to accuse Bratt of trying to bribe Woodward with a judgeship during a meeting that happened nine months earlier, a meeting Woodward never complained about — until Trump did. When Woodward did complain, he said the meeting remarks were “inappropriate” but had not “adversely impacted” the defense of his client.

On the same day Trump posted about Bratt, Jim Trusty confirmed on CNN that the former president was indicted in Florida. The next day, the indictment was unsealed and Trusty and Rowley announced their resignations.

In court, Trusty cited “irreconcilable differences.” Outside of court, Trusty and Rowley said it “has been an honor to have spent the last year defending” Trump, “and we know he will be vindicated in his battle against the Biden Administration’s partisan weaponization of the American justice system.”

The former Trump attorneys said it was a “logical moment” for them to stop representing the former president.

Earth Observation (EO) and particle physics research have more in common than you might think. In both environments, whether capturing fleeting particle collisions or detecting transient traces of ocean plastics, rapid and accurate data analysis is paramount.

On this Earth Day, as we reflect on our responsibility to reduce plastics for the benefit of our society and all life on our planet, we are excited to present a new EU project, Edge SpAIce. It applies CERN’s cutting-edge AI technology to monitor the Earth’s ecosystems from space in order to detect and track plastic pollution in our oceans.

“In particle physics, the trigger system plays a critical role by swiftly determining which data from the particle detector should be retained, given that only a small fraction of the 40 million collision snapshots taken each second can be recorded. As the data influx at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) has grown significantly over the years, physicists and computer scientists are continually innovating to upgrade this process - and this is where AI technology comes in,” says Sioni Summers, a CERN physicist working on the CMS experiment at the LHC, who is supervising this work.

Edge SpAIce is a collaborative endeavour involving CERN, EnduroSat (BG) and NTU Athens (GR) and coordinated by AGENIUM Space. Its aim is to develop a specially designed on-board system for satellites that will make it possible to acquire and process high-resolution pictures using a DNN (Deep Neural Network). The system will use the “edge AI” approach, in which data is processed in near real-time directly on the satellite, mirroring the efficient filtering of LHC data in particle detectors at CERN. This means that it is not necessary to transmit all of the captured data back to Earth but only the relevant information - in this case, the presence of marine plastic litter. The system will also be deployed on FPGA hardware developed in Europe, which will improve competitiveness. This could open the door for a whole new market for EO services and applications.

As modern life increasingly relies on technology, the solution that the project offers adeptly addresses the growing demand for data processing and the rapid expansion of EO satellites. By eliminating the need for heavy processing in Earth-based data centres, it not only reduces the carbon footprint but also helps to relieve the burden on these facilities. The innovative approach holds potential for broader applications in domains such as agriculture, urban planning, disaster relief and climate change. Additionally, this technology will provide environmental scientists and policymakers with invaluable data for targeted clean-up operations. It will advance our understanding of plastic pollution patterns, thereby enhancing our capacity to address environmental challenges effectively.

Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has called Elon Musk an ‘arrogant billionaire’ in an escalating spat over X’s resistance to remove footage of a terrorist church stabbing of Orthodox Bishop Emmanuel of the Good Shepherd Church.

The absurd detail is that Australian authorities want the content removed for people all over the world – which they clearly have no jurisdiction over!

BBC reported:

“On Monday, an Australian court ordered Mr Musk’s social media firm – formerly called Twitter – to hide videos of last week’s attack in Sydney. X previously said it would comply ‘pending a legal challenge’.”

The Prime Minister’s criticism comes after Musk used a meme to ridicule the Australian government’s thirst for censorship.

Albanese told the press that Mr. Musk ‘thinks he’s above the law but also above common decency.’

“Last week Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, an independent regulator, threatened X and other social media companies with hefty fines if they did not remove videos of the stabbing at the Assyrian Christ the Good Shepherd church, which police have called a terror attack. X has argued the order is ‘not within the scope of Australian law’.”

The eSafety commissioner sought a court injunction after complaining that X was allowing users outside Australia to continue accessing footage.

“‘I find it extraordinary that X chose not to comply and are trying to argue their case’, Mr Albanese told a press briefing.

In a subsequent series of online posts, Mr. Musk wrote: ‘I’d like to take a moment to thank the PM for informing the public that this platform is the only truthful one’. Another depicted a Wizard of Oz-style path to ‘freedom’ leading to an X logo.”

Musk also criticized eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant personally, describing her as the ‘Australian censorship commissar.’

“Mr. Albanese defended Ms. Inman Grant, saying she was protecting Australians. ‘Social media needs to have social responsibility with it. Mr Musk is not showing any’, he said.”

The platform was given 24 hours to comply with Monday evening’s injunction, and a further hearing into the matter is expected in the coming days.

Albanese’s war against freedom of speech is not limited to X, as he now seeks to have all social media strike down MEMES of him.

Democrat Rep. Donald Payne of New Jersey Dead at 65, Spent Last Two Weeks in Coma

Democrat U.S. Representative Donald M. Payne Jr. (D-NJ) has died at the age of 65.

In a statement on X, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy confirmed Rep. Payne’s death and wrote, “Tammy and I are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of our friend, and a steadfast champion for the people of New Jersey, Congressman Donald Payne, Jr.”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Payne, who was a firm advocate for Covid-19 vaccines, suffered a heart attack on April 6 after having complications with diabetes.

On April 17th, a press release from Payne’s office stated Payne was in “stable condition,” but a report from the Daily Mail refuted Payne’s office’s claims that Payne was in stable condition and reported that Payne was actually in a coma.

Germany Arrests Unprecedented Six Spies In Less Than A Week

German security services say they've arrested an unprecedented six suspected spies in only the past week, and four of these are believed to have been working for the government of China, while the other two are suspected Russian agents.

As we reported earlier, the latest case unveiled Tuesday centered on a staffer who worked for a high profile German AfD member of European Parliament. Identified only as Jian G., he had reportedly been a staff member for German MEP Maximilian Krah going back to 2019. "In January 2024 the accused repeatedly shared information about negotiations and decisions in the European Parliament with his intelligence service employer," the prosecutors office said.

The day prior, Monday, saw three German citizens accused of having ties with Chinese intelligence arrested. Their case appears even more serious as it involves allegations they transported sensitive technology to China which has potential military uses, violating Germany's export laws.

One suspect tried to export a specialized laser without permission, alongside two others - a German couple - who also sought to procure advanced technologies which investigators suspect were to help Chinese naval development:

The couple allegedly set up a research transfer agreement with an unidentified German university, the first step in which was to draw up a study for a Chinese partner on the technology of machine parts that could be used for powerful ship engines, including those in battleships. Thomas R.'s handler at the MSS was behind the Chinese partner and the project was financed by the Chinese state, prosecutors said.

At the time of the arrests, the suspects were in negotiations on further research projects that could be useful for expanding China's naval combat strength, they added.

Thomas Haldenwang, president of Germany's domestic intelligence service, said following of the detentions: "We initiated these investigations, and once the evidence was clear, we were able to hand this case over to the police and the public prosecutors," according to DW.

And head of the Parliamentary Control Committee for the Intelligence Services in the lower house, the Bundestag, said, "We must finally understand that this is a very serious and very real threat to our security." He added, "We must act quickly and decisively both through criminal prosecution and by uncovering the structures and networks."

According to more from German federal prosecutors:

One of the suspects, identified only as Thomas R. in line with German privacy laws, was allegedly an agent for an employee of China's Ministry of State Security and procured information in Germany on "militarily usable innovative technologies" for that person, federal prosecutors said in a statement.

The three suspects had reportedly been working on expanding their research contacts and endeavors reportedly in hopes of procuring further sensitive technologies which might be useful for the Chinese government.

The timing of this significant spy round-up involving China came at an interesting moment - just a week following the three day visit of Chancellor Olaf Scholz to China. It was his second trip there since taking office in 2021.
