UFO transparency: Bipartisan push to establish UAP committee

Is enough being done to find the truth about unidentified anomalous phenomena?

Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo., doesn’t seem to think so. Now, he’s requesting a House select committee on UAPs.

Burlison sent a letter to House leadership Tuesday calling for a new select subcommittee to focus on UAPs, otherwise known as unidentified flying objects (UFOs). He believes it would provide a significant opportunity for Congress to find long-overdue answers.

Members of Congress have led a bipartisan effort to investigate and declassify government documents containing information regarding such unidentified phenomena following the testimony of UFO whistleblower David Grusch, a former Air Force and intelligence officer, before a House Oversight subcommittee in July 2023.

A bipartisan group of lawmakers formed the House UAP Caucus in the fall to focus on the issue, urging transparency and communication with the public.

Burlison, a member of the caucus, said the proposed select committee would first be focused on questioning the Department of Defense on expenditures he believes are for secret UAP recovery programs.

“We’re all taking this matter very seriously,” Burlison told NewsNation’s Blake Burman on Tuesday. “We took the whistleblower David Grusch and his allegations very seriously … I think we owe it to the American people to shed light on the expenditures being used to investigate these matters.”

The efforts are based on the need for government transparency, Burlison said.

The Pentagon brushed off concerns over spending in a report last week, claiming that all the expenditures questioned were either related to non-UAP projects or defunct ones. The report also reiterated that the government is not aware of any extraterrestrial crafts and that reported sightings have been the “result of misidentification.”

Burlison said he was concerned the Pentagon is not being completely forthright in its denials about UAP programs. He said Defense officials were not truthful to members of Congress in private when sharing classified information.

Burlison said he had not questioned Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., on the issue, but already has the support of Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., as well as Reps. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., and Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla.

Missouri National Guard deploys under governor's charge

JEFFERSON CITY – Gov. Mike Parson is deploying members of the Missouri National Guard and State Highway Patrol to the Texas border with Mexico this week.

Parson cited President Joe Biden’s border policies as the reason for his decision, which was announced Feb. 20.

As many as 200 members of the guard are being deployed under the authority Parson has as governor.

Both the president and the governor of a guard’s state hold authority over the guard. This duality of power between the federal and state governments does not exist in other branches of the military.

The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the military from acting as a civilian police force. Passed in 1878, the law prevents the president from activating the guard or other military branches in a law enforcement capacity unless expressly authorized by Congress.

However, according to a Congressional Research Service report, an individual state’s governor does not have to follow this provision when the guard is activated for state service.

The Missouri National Guard will “mainly assist in the construction of physical barriers and with security patrols as needed,” according to a news release announcing the deployment.

The guard may be activated under Title 10, Title 32 or state active duty. State active duty, also known as a state call up, originates from a governor’s orders to achieve a state mission that is funded solely by the state and follows state laws. Parson’s deployment to the border is considered state active duty for participating guardsmen.

“Generally speaking, a governor can do whatever they want with their National Guard,” said Joesph Nunn, a lawyer at the nonpartisan Brennan Center. “There aren’t any specific federal restrictions on what a state governor can do with their National Guard other than obviously, they can’t use the guard to violate constitutional rights or otherwise violate federal law.”

Nunn’s expertise revolves around the domestic actions of the U.S. military, including the guard.

Nunn highlighted that governors are free to send their guard to other states if invited by the governor of that state. However, he expressed concern about the precedent set by states’ National Guards being deployed within the U.S. unless absolutely necessary for cases like insurrection.

Title 10 mobilizations are for federalizing the guard with the president acting as commander in chief. Under Title 10, troops can be deployed overseas as a part of their assignment.

Title 32 involves state-level missions that are federally funded. Technically, the state’s governor remains in charge of the guard and mobilizes at the approval of the president which means the Posse Comitatus Act doesn’t apply. According to an article by the Military Officers Association of America, Title 32 is often used for natural disaster relief.

The U.S. Department of Defense classifies the National Guard, composed of the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard, as military reserve components. However, while considered a reservist force, the guard is separate from U.S. military reserves.

National guardsmen typically hold full-time civilian jobs in addition to their part-time responsibilities with the guard. Once a member joins the guard and completes the initial training portion of the commitment, they will participate in one weekend a month of drill and two weeks of additional training, usually in the summer.

Nikola Tesla, famed for his work on alternating current, was one hell of an inventor, mechanical engineer and physicist. His inventions have been found to work better than expected even 100 years after he noted them down. However, nobody can be right 100 percent of the time, and Nikola Tesla had his fair share of being wrong – often massively so.

For instance, despite his work pioneering alternating current, Tesla didn't believe in electrons. Instead, he thought atoms were the smallest building blocks of the universe, arguing that if they existed they would only do so in a perfect vacuum. He believed in the 19th-century view that the "ether" or "aether" transmitted electrical currents.

There's also the time he believed he had recorded a cosmic ray traveling at 50 times the speed of light – but today we're here to talk about the time he thought he'd picked up radio signals sent by intelligent aliens.

In 1899, Tesla picked up a strange signal on his equipment.

"Even now, at times, I can vividly recall the incident, and see my apparatus as though it were actually before me," Tesla wrote of the incident. "My first observations positively terrified me, as there was present in them something mysterious, not to say supernatural, and I was alone in my laboratory at night."

In short, he heard beeps. Specifically: Beep. Beep-beep. Beep-beep-beep.

"The changes I noted were taking place periodically, and with such a clear suggestion of number and order that they were not traceable to any cause then known to me," he continued, writing that he knew of possible sources of electrical disturbances such as those caused by the Sun, but dismissed these as the potential cause.

"It was sometime afterward when the thought flashed upon my mind that the disturbances I had observed might be due to an intelligent control. Although I could not decipher their meaning, it was impossible for me to think of them as having been entirely accidental. The feeling is constantly growing on me that I had been the first to hear the greeting of one planet to another."

Tesla endeavored to do more to investigate the signal, and spoke of sending the reply "four", playing a long-distance game of counting with supposed intelligent aliens.

Tesla, of course, had not picked up signals from aliens. Early on, people suggested that the signal must have originated from Earth, as it came in a frequency that the ionosphere would not let through, and Tesla was mocked for this.

However, over a century after Tesla found the signal, one team recreated Tesla's device and believed they found the source may have been of planetary origin, at least.

"It is our opinion that it is entirely within reason to identify Tesla's signals as the detection of intense kilometric (VLF) emissions originating from Jupiter," the team wrote in 2003.

"Considerable work still needs to be done to convince the skeptical," they continued. "However, the bottom line is that when you listen to the kilometric signals from Jupiter with one of Tesla's Colorado Springs receivers you occasionally hear 'Beep... Beep-Beep... Beep-Beep-Beep'! Furthermore, extraterrestrial right circularly polarized kilometric signals penetrate the Earth's ionosphere during the time of sunspot minima. Tesla was at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, with the right equipment to be able to detect these unusual electrical signals of planetary origin. It was the scientific community that was unprepared."

The Biden administration [regime] on Wednesday reapproved a sanctions waiver that unlocks upwards of $10 billion in frozen funds for the Iranian government, according to a copy of the notice submitted to Congress late Wednesday and reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

The sanctions waiver—which has drawn fierce GOP opposition on Capitol Hill—allows Iraq to transfer electricity payments to Iran via third-party countries. The sanctions waiver was last approved by the Biden administration in November and set to expire this month, putting the White House in a tight position as a mounting chorus of GOP lawmakers express concern about sanctions being bypassed. The authority granted in the latest waivers allows Iraq to convert dinars into Euros and transfer payments into Iranian banks accounts in Oman.

Republican foreign policy leaders in Congress raised concerns about the waiver earlier this week, the Free Beacon reported, saying that sanctions should not be lifted on the hardline Iranian regime in light of its support for Hamas and other terrorist proxy groups waging war on Israel and American outposts in the region.

While the [Deep] State Department maintains the funds can only be accessed by Iran to pay for humanitarian supplies, like food and medicine, critics of the sanctions waiver argue that money is fungible, and that the waiver frees up cash for Iran to spend on its global terrorism operations.

Despite those characterizations, multiple sources confirmed with our “gossip” blog thatTimmons is — or at least was — the focus of a preliminary inquiry by the U.S. House of Representative’s ethics committee. The original focus of that inquiry? Allegations that Timmons may misused taxpayer dollars in pursuing his extramarital affair with Dhier.

The federal government of Canada has announced more than $300,000 in funding awarded to a group to study how gaming communities can potentially create environments conducive to radicalization and violent extremism via gender-based analysis. The official post from Canada dot CA specifically states they are looking at how misogyny plays a role in extremist ideologies across geography.

Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Public Safety, has approved this funding and are working with Extremism and Gaming Research Network through a partnership with the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies. The funding provided falls under the Community Resilience Fund- which aims to combat extreme violence in communities in Canada.

What is Extremism and Gaming Research Network? Lets unpack:

EGRN is a research network that aims to uncover how malign actors exploit gaming and inversely, they want to use gaming for good. Started in 2021, they boast more than 60 registered members and include many "top global think tanks and institutions". One of their core mission questions reads as such: How can gamers and gaming platforms be empowered to combat hate and facilitate building positive, resilient communities?

Under the new definition, which comes into force on Thursday, extremism is "the promotion or advancement of an ideology based on violence, hatred or intolerance, that aims to:

1. negate or destroy the fundamental rights and freedoms of others; or

2. undermine, overturn or replace the UK's system of liberal parliamentary democracy and democratic rights; or

3. intentionally create a permissive environment for others to achieve the results in (1) or (2)."

The previous definition, introduced in 2011 under the Prevent strategy, described extremism as "vocal or active opposition to fundamental British values, including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and belief".

Bill Gates’ GMO mosquitos unleash 400% increase in dengue fever in Brazil – now they’re begging for his VACCINES to stop the outbreak

A dengue fever outbreak is sweeping across Brazil after billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates unleashed untold billions of genetically modified (GMO) mosquitos that carry it into the wild. And now the Brazilian government wants to buy loads of Gates' dengue fever vaccines to stop the spread.

Reports indicate that 40 people in Brazil have so far died from dengue fever, according to the nation's health ministry, while another 265 deaths are being investigated to see if they, too, are linked to the outbreak.

Brazil's response to the outbreak has not been one of reflecting as to why there is suddenly a 400 percent increase in dengue fever cases ever since the GMO mosquito release. Instead, the South American country has decided to purchase 5.2 million doses of a dengue fever vaccine called Qdenga that was developed by Japanese drugmaker Takeda. Another 1.32 million doses will also be sent at no cost.

Three Brazilian states have declared emergency status, including Minas Gerais, Brazil's second-most populous state, as well as the Federal District where the capital city of Brasília is located.

Since the start of 2024, there are already more cases of dengue fever in Brasília than there were during the entirety of 2023. The infection rate is currently 1,625 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, which is far higher than the national average of 170 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

Children aged 10-14 will start receiving the Qdenga injection this week in an attempt to stop the spread of the disease – but will it work?

(Related: Last year, Gates announced plans to ship millions of malaria "vaccines" to Africa, even though said injections were found to cause an increase in disease.)

UN World Mosquito Program also responsible

In 2023, the United Nations' (UN) World Mosquito Program announced a 10-year plan to unleash so-called "gene-edited" mosquitos in Brazil, the alleged purpose being that these GMO bugs will one day eradicate dengue fever from the country.

"Brazilian health officials in five cities have been releasing clouds of lab-grown Aedes aegypti mosquitoes infected with Wolbachia bacteria, which prevents dengue virus transmission to humans," announced Harvard Public Health in an August 2024 report.

"The country will be the first to launch a nationwide program to release Wolbachia-modified mosquitoes, which are expected to protect up to 70 million people from dengue fever over the next 10 years. And it's building a factory to scale up mosquito production: Beginning 2024, the factory will mass-produce five billion mosquitoes a year."

In the year since this announcement was made about the release, dengue fever cases have soared throughout Brazil, the obvious cause being the GMO mosquitos that were allegedly unleashed to stop the disease, not create more of it.

Keep in mind that the UN's World Mosquito Program received a $50 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which is also bankrolling research into more dengue fever vaccines.

Takeda, the manufacturer of Qdenga, has also received millions of dollars in cash injections from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

"In other words, Bill Gates Foundation money is involved in all sides of the situation, from the gene-edited mosquitos – which has apparently exacerbated the dengue crisis – to bankrolling companies who are providing the in-demand dengue fever vaccine to Brazil," writes Jamie White for Infowars.

"To what end?"

Someone else in the comments echoed that sentiment, sarcastically thanking Gates for helping to create and release the GMO mosquitos responsible for this new public health crisis.

"The summertime flying bug population in Michigan is probably about 90% deleted over the last decade or so," wrote another about what he is seeing right here in the U.S. "I suspect 'geoengineering' over the years is killing the bug population."
