/pnd/ is only or mainly only for news, or is it not?

This board here is supposed to be more broad, like /pol/ is supposed to be, so also including meta discussion and shitposting, no more no less how /pol/ is, and it's supposed to be active only when /pol/ is made unusable

/pnd/ seems like a sub board rather than a backup, as in, it's active in parallel and together with /pol/

Though, it's all a matter of having more places where to regroup in case of fuckups, it doesn't hurt to have more fallbacks

Even if both /pol4u/ and /pnd/ are limited backups, because in case the entire site of 8kun gets targeted and made unusable, then any alternative boards on this same site won't be a good alternative, but more alternative boards on other sites are also necessary

This board is an emergency fallback for >>>/pol/

In case /pol/ gets spammed heavily,

like it happened recently with the sharty spam, after which /pol/ remained with new thread creation disabled for 4+ days,

if that was to happen again, new threads can be opened here until /pol/ returns to normal.

Given this board should function even during high spam times, the thread creation per hour is very limited here, currently max 3 threads can be created each hour.

Any suggestion, banner, complain, critic, can go in here.

It seems this site board options don't allow to directly ban IP nor ranges, but it's only possible to ban IPs from an already created post.

This means it's not possible to preventively ip ban all israel, you have to receive their spam and CP before being able to ban them,

maybe only the site owner could ban all the israel IPs without having to wait their spam, not on a board level, but on a site level.

I had created a list of israel ip ranges, but since I can't use this, I'll make it public for anyone else who could want to ip ban all israel on their boards and sites elsewhere
