Firstly, if you are fixated on the idea that the objective of White insurgents is to get niggers to riot… why? What will that do? Niggers aren't going to overthrow ZOG and if they could, you wouldn't want to live in the aftermath because you just traded a jewish regime for a nigger one. The objective is to get WHITE people to resist.

Secondly, no it won't. Russia destroys more substations in Ukraine in a single day than 10 White insurgents cells could destroy in a year. Yet Ukraine, a third world shithole, is still functional enough to survive and also effectively fight an industrialized world power. In order for such an idea to have any serious effect upon ZOG, it would need to be done at a massive scale, for years. And what exactly is the objective? The substations that could most easily be shot up are also the ones in White rural areas of little significance. So the people most inconvenience by it would be the very group you're fighting for.

At present, only ~1,000 White men are even peacefully resisting ZOG. 99% of "resistance" is occurring online. AKA, not actually. It's not a question of whether the Right could win a civil war. It is in question whether the Right could even fight one. The White nationalist side is too disorganized to fight today. But even if that changed and a significant number were organized into cells capable of sustained resistance, the war would likely last years.

EVERY insurgency. Literally every single one on earth is a multi-year, usually multi-decade affair. Insurgencies usually last generations. Your enemies would be the largest police state in history and your mission would be to somehow get millions of White fence sitters to join you ideologically and physically. Opposing you would be not just the US army, but the jewish media machine, a propaganda empire so powerful that it has caused an entire race to embrace dysgenic traits that no people has ever undergone in history.

The war will last longer than you have been alive.

90% of "serious" rebel talk involves the notion that we should keep waiting around and somehow cells will spontaneously organize themselves and then commit to identical strategies at the same time despite having no contact with each other. This doesn't occur in history and is a stupid idea. Expecting multiple cells to form without any organizational super-structure preceding it is like expecting a high school to spontaneously break out into a song and dance routine. In the past 10 years, not even a single "National Socialist" terrorist cell has ever been formed. How do I know? Because everyone would know if "Nazis" began shooting down niggers and the entire might of the zionist police state would drop every other law enforcement action to focus on hunting down and destroying them. The US budget is 7 trillion dollars a year and at least half of it would be focused on hunting down the 3 or 4 guys who blew up a black church.

Furthermore, even if 4 guys managed to form 1 cell, that's 1 in the past 30 years. There's no reason to believe that another one could spontaneously form. Thus, the entire "White resistance" would be just those 4 guys. Zero hope of success. Revolutions take lots of time and lots of men.

Our task as individuals in 2026 is not to fight in the Revolution. Our task is to lay the groundwork for it so that our children (figuratively if not literally) can fight it and win.

There's places where investment firms like blackrock operate from, destroying these office buildings and massacring the people working in them will likely cause disruptions to their operations and more importantly garner you support from every member of the public, since everyone hates blackrock.

Obviously go after security first so that there's nothing to stop you as you take out the rest of the people in that office everyone from the secretary at front desk to the CEO sitting in the boardroom, such an attack would put the fear in the richest people in the world that we are coming to them and hunting them down in their place of work.
