I personally dont think Tarrant is a fed, but Breivik sure is. Some of these are admittedly weird, but still possible. I don't worry about it. If they were feds, they didn't do much damage. Mass shootings are not the way to victory anyway. They accomplish nothing and end up imprisoning White men of action. We need people like Tarrant active in real life, not rotting in prison.
