You are correct. There are several companies out there doing what Flock is doing. Flock's capabilities are not new or particularly interesting either. Hikvision has had this kind of tech for years now.

Whether or not the anti-flock vandalism and hate is controlled opposition, it is waking people up to the digital panopticon they're living in, which is a net positive.

Remember, whenever someone brings up how bad Flock is, remind them that their phones are an order of magnitude more invasive than whatever Flock is doing.

Outlawing judaism would be a better and more feasible method than TKD. There is no perfect solution to the JP and only outlawing the source of the issue will destroy most of the poisonous roots. Most little jews would be just like anyone else had they not been brought up the way they have been.

I'm gonna guess that Flock, and its use by police, will be "re-configured" to "comply with 4th Amend" so that is "no different from a uniformed police officer OBSERVING cars and Lic Plate numbers, and REMEMBERING".

In fact, just like any private citizen, the Flocks have a RIGHT to "observe public space", including any private space that can be observed from public space, which of course includes drones flying over your house.

As long as the police don't employ "Police Only" methods such as instant License Plate Look Up, its legally no diff from a walking beat cop reading a car's lic plate number in 1920 and remembering the make, model and WTF the driver and passengers looked like.

BTW, the CA DMV will SELL lots of data on who owns WTF cars, commercially. Knew a guy who had his auto-repair shop re-located by Eminent Domain and part of that was paying for him to send letters to not just existing customers but EVERY reg car of that brand within a radius of new shop. He got the data himself, privately, from DMV, and no special anything from any Govt required.

So nothing stopping Flock from buying, at a steep discount, everyone's car reg data including their names, and linking that to their "we're just looking at public space", and handing that real time data to cops. For their part, cops are off course fully green-lit to run anyone's shit if they are on probation/parole and not sure about "past convictions".

But during my JURY TRIAL :)….the DA had basically a Phone Book of everyone called up for Jury Duty in that county for that quarter or month or WTF and it had ALL their rap sheets including arrests with all charges dropped, traffic tickets (not sure about parking tickets), etc.
