In China, if you can't dissent the CCP you are considered to have no free speech. To get around that, you have to go underground digitally. Today most dissent is done digitally and if the Liberal dogma, Paradox of Tolerance causes inevitable harm like a state that says it will imprison you. You are not free to speak. If the state enforces the law on the vigilante liberals, the liberal will aquitt them through nullification like the liberal defense attorney hinted at while the "fascist" prosecutor growls.
