Mahmoud Amin Ya’qub Al-Muhtadi, 33 a DFLP/NRB militant, joined the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel near Kibbutz Kfar Aza (site of a massacre that killed Americans). He lied about his terrorist ties on his U.S. visa application, entered the country in Sept. 2024, and has now been arrested by federal authorities as part of JTF 10-7’s efforts to prosecute Oct. 7 perpetrators.
