You can accomplish this by taking an 8 layer PCBway PCB w/ VexRiscV on ECP5 CPU, a PCM1802/PCM1808 (TI) ADC and a PCM5102A (TI) DAC for a pair of Micca MB42X passive computer speakers w/ Fosi Audio ZA3 or V3 (or other TPA3255-based amps), a LiteX and ECP5 NAND/NOR for the memory controllers, ECP5 HSM w/ LUKS key stored on it, ECP5 for the Modos paper display controller, an ECP5 running UberDDR3, w/ i/o plug-ins for a Modos paper display monitor, speakers + amp, Keyboardio model 01 keyboard, 3D printed Ploopy mouse, a Microsoft Lifecam VX-1000/VX-3000 or a Logitech Quickcam 4000/Quickcam Express 1999 web cam and another i/o plug-in for a cat6 cable that goes to another custom Gentoo on LiteX VexRiscV SBC w/ only two i/o plug-ins, one for your workstation mainboard and the other to your default ISP router to run ethernet using open 802.11 IP Over DHCP routing w/ ath9k PCIe connected to it (AR9280, AR9285, AR9380 or AR5B22). Then add another i/o plug-in to your Gentoo on LiteX VexRiscV FPGA board for Ovrdrive USB flash drive plug-in to flash Hardened Gentoo Linux w/ refused proprietary packages upon setup, refuse any proprietary packages in terminal, harden the kernel, secure the bootchain and run Sway from Wayland. You will want to configure Sway to run with a highly customized color palette (monochrome or high-contrast grayscale) to prevent the Modos display from constantly attempting sub-pixel rendering. Turn off window transition animations entirely in your ~/.config/sway/config:

Then run nftables, kvm/qemu, firejail, fail2ban, pyshark, wireguard / shadowsocks, USBguard, and use NetSurf or a terminal browser. Will need a encrypted FPGA bitstream, tamper resistance, protected key storage and secure boot chain.
