I've built my own version of an "internet" using web scrapers and multiple offline backup external drives (1TB drives up to 16TB). I have all the ebooks, music, music videos and live performances, movies, digital copies of classic tv shows, my favorite ripped Youtube & Bitchute channels, (etc) all stored on offline drives that I can access with a TV digital media player or using a PS5. Anything I desire I rip and store it all offline, my own kind of digital utopia to fall back on.

It all depends on the game. Some devs for example don't separate their player counts based on consoles or pc, whether they have crossplay set up or not.
