Do note that I can only provide guide on how to connect with Tamamo and I do not recommend that as you will just be used by her.
>Make the intial contact
1. Get to know her better.
At least read a wiki article about her. Preferably complement it with media representation of her.
2. Create a shrine.
That sounds too pompous. You just need to prepare a space where you will store the sigil and give offerings. A presentable casket to keep a sigil in and a clean white/red place is all you need.
3. Go to a wine shop and buy some Japanese alcohol.
Follow your intuition. She likes the costly ones, sadly.
4. Make final preparations
Take a bath, meditate until you've calmed down (I usually meditate for an hour, you can do less).
5. Prepare a sigil.
I won't bother explaining how sigils are created, there is plenty of info out there. Just keep in mind to draw it in red on white paper.
6. Make a request.
Give wine to the sigil, think of what you know of Tamamo and honestly tell what you seek out of this relationship (not like you will have any say in this "relationship" anyway)

From this point forward meditate daily on the sigil. Give offerings if you feel obliged to. Consider writing a poem. You are likely to experience feedback in many ways, such as intrusive thoughts, constant movement on periphery, recurring thoughts about her coupled with a feeling of bliss. At some point you will get a desire to offer her your blood. Congratz, she accepted you. If you do it lavishly, she will mark you with a searing sensation on a part of your body some time afterwards (for me it was couple of hours later when I prepared to go to sleep). Afterwards, she will bugger off and all feedback will cease and she will only bother you when she needs you to do something.
Oersonally, I do hope this thread will be missed by everyone and no more clueless retards will be linked to her.
