Does fapping desires and pornography images and scenes back, when your mind is weak or after a great stress?

In my personal experience, not directly, no. The time frame in which I fapped the most was also the time frame in which I was most into lifting. The exhaustion of doing serious, nut-busting, heavy-ass lifts does make you too tired to fap for a bit, but that's not going to be for more than an hour.
However, the strength and confidence that came from it very definitely did help me to become more disciplined. If you can develop the discipline to diet like a motherfucker to see those sweet, sweet gains, not fapping should be comparatively easy. Moving past the past
It's a weird question but how do move past the past I don't like thinking about much of my past not because it not like I did anything morally wrong but because anytime I look back at I feel like an absolute degenerate. Great news, everyone. I've finally gotten around to changing the CSS. A few years ago our old CSS was copied by /reddit/ and it's given me autism ever since. As of my writing this post, the new CSS doesn't seem to have been implemented, but I have saved it in the board settings and it should change soon. The old CSS was supposed to present an atmosphere of purity, with all the white and gold colors. The new CSS is also supposed to present an atmosphere of purity, but this time I've gone for a sort of "monastic" feel. Also, the spinning banner that everyone hated is gone, and it's been replaced by a subtle white glowing effect on the banner. The dubs checker is also gone.
