I personally don’t really know and it’s really hard to say… Those pics I provided are the most realistic I got.
The one main pic of the thread looks quite realistic per se but her facial traits look too Asian (Flandre being of European origins).
First pic of this post is not so much realistic and I think Flandre looks too mature on this one. Still a nice pic though.
Second pic is more realistic but still retains many anime features.
Third pic has quite realistic mouth and nose but the eyes are way too big.
Fourth pic is realistic but she looks a bit too mature.
Fifth pic is not that much realistic (and her body is way too mature) but there is this hard to explain vibe that makes it look real.
I won’t post pics of people cosplaying as Flandre because I really don’t imagine her to look like these at all.

I don't even try. I rarely feel attracted to 3DPD and realistic pictures of her are generally uncanny valley material. Pic related.
I guess realistically she'd look East Asian with very fair skin, but otherwise realistic facial features would stray too far from the 2D art style.

Hm…this isn't something I think of that often, since I don't often try to imagine her as being realistic, just stick with her show appearance. That being said, here are a few slightly more realistic pictures that I find nice.
I think she'd look primarily white but with some very minor 'asian' (Mistralian?) characteristics.

If i have to imagine her as 3D i'd go for full asian traits, obviously.
First one it's the most realistic i found, not my favorite but it has it's charm, she looks cute in it.
The second it's fine too, it's almost good as the next one her eyes are red, not blue.
Third pic it's perfect, well balanced between realism and beauty. I actually imagine her 3D version being like this, absolutely gorgeous!
The last one it's not as realistic like the others, probably doesn't even count as such. Though i like the artstyle and how it mantains certain realistic traits while keeping cartoony, so it's worth mentioning.

I guess this is the most realistic picture of her that I have. Most others are very stylized. Obviously the eyes would be smaller and her features overall more Asian.
I had thought about commissioning someone to draw her in a super realistic style just to see what it would be like, but then again it'd probably be a lot of money spent and the artist might interpret her looks in a way that I don't really agree on.

There is this Pixiv artist that reproduces paintings by replacing the characters with Touhou ones. Many Touhou characters therefore look realistic in his drawings.

That frame picture is, what I think, the most realistic portrait that they ever drew of Marisa. The second one is beautiful, although it still has those large anime eyes, and assumes she will look more Western than Eastern.

A quite realistic Flandre here. I wish the artist would have drawn her eyes realistic too. Another detail: Although a cute single fang is aesthetically beautiful in anime-style characters, it seems kind of out of place on such a realistic drawing.

No problem, I'm used to it. Youmu is an easily teasable character and even artists I otherwise respect sometimes take it too far.

Thanks. I think he was tying to base the hair on her design in Ten Desires and in that sense, it doesn't look bad.
I'm still experimenting with the hair myself. The one I used here feels a bit too voluminous.
