Never heard of it. I've used a Surface Pro though and they weren't very good tbh. I could be wrong but when I tested one I wasn't very impressed-though this was a few years ago and they may have gotten better.

I would suggest
1. Watching some youtube videos on the subject
2. Primarily using traditional media if you're not a hot-shit artist yet anyway
