Has there ever been a dedicated site for a libertarian imageboard, that would be detached from the porn and controversy of this larger site?
The free and anonymous nature of an imageboard seems to go hand in hand with libertarian philosophy, just like the observed overlap into the free software movement.

Nope. 8ch is run by LEAs, as a way to centralize alternative imageboards. You notice they run false flags every month or two, spamming shady new imageboards here. This is to diminish the userbase's confidence in non-8ch alt-chans.

To expand on >>103308, right to a platform isn't a thing because a platform requires some kind of capital (internet connection, a broadcasting station, bandwidth, data, etc). To say that you have a right to a platform would mean that you have a right to coerce a provider to give you use of their capital, which is theft.
