But is that even a relevant distinction? Regardless of whether the Jewish connection is causal or merely correlative, the disparity is strong enough that it's not unreasonable to view names that end in -berg or -blatt with suspicion. Again, Jews aren't bad per se, but they very frequently fall into undesirable categories. Even if Judaism is no more than an ancillary signal for these categories, it is a signal nonetheless, which conveys useful information.
All that being said, I think an argument can be made that Judaism brings with it incentives to be subversive, beyond those which affect all coastal elites. Being a non-native diaspora, it is nearly always in a Jew's own interests to promote multiculturalism within a country and reduce the cohesion of the host nation, as such cohesion may be directed against them. And you can see this in those statistics, as well. Even if you limit your tested population to upper-middle class residents of coastal cities, Jews are not the majority, or even the plurality–they're just a large minority. So why is it that this large minority so consistently manages to be a super-majority within these groups? Even with the most cherry-picked, tailor-made statistics, I would highly doubt that you could construe a population of probable feminists that contains 7 times as many Jews as it does Christians. And yet, Jewish feminists outnumber Christian feminists by that proportion, and in fact account for more feminists than every other demographic combined.
