It's hard to pick favourites.
I like Ichiba Youichi a lot because of the personalisation and world building he portrays in his pictures. What the Girls do, what they dress like when not being beaten up by Reimu and friends. I also like his style. No idea if there's a concrete term for it, but the washed-out lines give the pictures a dream-like substance, in my opinion.
I also like everybody who draws Satori in a slightly befuddled or disheveled state.
