you have to understand that shitskins coming in is a relatively new thing, compared to the rest of the industrialized countries. the biggest migrations we had were internal ones, southerners moving up north. some might look swarthier than others but honestly, i've never thought of them as less white or less italian.

and despite what (((some))) on /pol/ might say you can tell a southerner from an arab, it's hard to miss that.

i can assume that social and racial lines in a country like yours are much more defined.

Ma tecnicamente ciò non dovrebbe imporgli pene ancora più severe? Perchè mi sembra di capire che un crimine "di gruppo" può imputare anche il fatto che si è semplici assistenti o spettatori che acconsentono, od anche che si è "portati" dal gruppo a commettere il reato, mentre ciò mi fa capire che il pensiero di ognuno di loro è stato "FIGA IDALIANA BELA"

onestamente non lo so. ignoro se il "di gruppo" sia un'aggravante o un'attenuante.

per me dovrebbe essere un'aggravante, in quanto penso che la presenza di altre persone sia qualcosa che ti frena, in generale, che può essere dallo sbottare o imprecare e presumo fino al violentare qualcuno.

poi qualcuno mi può dire che qui stiamo parlando di clandestini spacciatori, che si trovavano già in una situazione di illegalità, ma per quanto mi riguarda non è altro che la conferma di che feccia siano queste persone.
