Per fare l'effetto nell'immagine di >>11578 lo devi combinare con altri filtri o comunque ci devi lavorare su, ma è un punto di partenza

Aggiungerei anche che conviene creare le luci su due livelli separati e poi andare a cancellare (col pennello sfumato, sennò si vede troppo) i raggi di della luce del livello più alto che coprono l'altro occhio, altrimenti si crea quel fastidiosissimo effetto dove un occhio sembra più chiaro dell'altro come nella tua immagine
