You can get Claude Code or Codex to make them for you, it's pretty neat.
I just added a couple here:

"Adding a pulse to recorded speech with Claude
1. Hand over the material.
Voice: the recording as WAV if you can (MP3 works).
Script: ideally the script itself; if not, ask for a transcript to get word timings.
Other layers: any whispers or music you want kept, as separate files.
2. Say what you want.
The sound: “audible pulse like typical hypnosis files” (isochronic) or “subtle headphones-only binaural”. If you’re not sure, ask for short samples of both.
The journey: e.g. “start brisk, go deep on the countdown, wake up at the end”, or “fall asleep at the end”.
Length: roughly how long, and whether to add pauses or keep the recording as is.
3. Ask for a test first. Get a 2–3 minute excerpt over an important passage, such as a countdown, in two or three styles. Listen and pick before anything long is built.
4. Give feedback in plain words. Claude can measure rates, levels and timing, but it can’t hear. Your ears decide. Useful phrasing:
“The pulse is too loud / too buried.”
“Too fast at the start.”
“I notice it under her voice.”
“Slow it down on ‘deeper’.”
5. Ask for these by name:
the pulse starting before the voice;
rate changes happening in the pauses;
the pulse dipping while she speaks;
a fade at the end;
an MP3 at 320 kbps."
