I know this is very specific but does anyone know if there are any files focused on making the listener feel as if their body is being inflated like a balloon?

K1smetVideo's Mercedes - Intoxicated does exactly this, I love that file.

FHRA's Jessica does something similar blowing bubblegum bubbles (not really about inflation).

Hypno H3don1sta has a video with a balloon, but not quite like you described.

卂爪乇ㄒ卄ㄚ丂ㄒ has this session, which I would love to have https://deepsurrender.com/catalogue/balloon-mistress/

Those first 3 files are here:

This is genuinely such a good idea I'm astonished I haven't found more balloon-themed files.
