Try dlsite especially the original JP site. The English site seems limited in their selection. There's a section for hypnotic audio you need to select. The rankings are where it gets interesting as there's a separate section for women. I can't be much help with recent hypnotist names since I haven't been active on the Japanese side for a long while now, but I can list a few oldies. Once you like a certain writer or voice actor/actress you can visit their blogs where they sometimes post their free works.

Anyone can listen to most of the circles I wrote down as they have both male and female voice actors. That information can be found on the work's description. HypnoLife and Lotophagos were interesting because later on they made another version of their circle that catered to their male audience using their popular works. Anyway, skip the last rec of Hypnotic Yanh that I made if you're not interested in that 触手 stuff. It's got all the classic 触手 tropes along with transformation from being a guy so it might not be for everyone. アクメノイド・イリア also has a transformation scene, but I still liked it because of the interesting scenario. I think Yanh has an old free version of that on his blog somewhere without much of the worldbuilding involved.
The difference in the Japanese works I've encountered is that once the tracks are over, you're free to go wiped clean of the suggestions you've been given, whereas their We丂ㄒ乇尺几 counterparts rely on repeated listening to intensify suggestions and the experience.

smotp interestingly sounds like Anthony Hopkins from the Hannibal films. Exquisite work and for a fraction of the time needed. You should definitely should try all of his stuff. Take your pick on whatever series hits your fancy: The Daddy Philes, Nightcaller, 10 Types of Orgasm, and Spend a Day with SMOTP. He also has quite a selection for either genders on his website, but his type of hypnosis might not work for everyone.
cardigan has a variety of scenarios you can choose from. Very beginner friendly and his instant induction is pretty good once you're used to it. It works well as you can trigger it yourself if you want to use it for other body files.
Studio ﾌ乇乙乇乃乇ㄥ I liked her nipple trainers. Very effective.
乇丂ㄩ匚匚ㄩ乃ㄩ丂 has quite a lot of work from beginner friendly to advanced. In order to get the most of her stuff, you need to listen to her basic trigger audio, and go on from there.
几工片片工's works are mostly aimed at her male listeners, but I enjoyed her Because series.
Mistress Joanne is on the extreme addiction end. Her audio might be wonky at times because of how long ago it was made without the fancy tech of today. Some gender neutral and there are only a few files for women (Honeypie series), but her script is top notch especially if you like amnesia.
丂卂尺几ㄖᎶ卂 I've gotten nice trances from his works. Try G File as a sampler. Whatever you do, don't listen to Surrender unless you can set aside a time listening to Hear Me daily.
emg… Fine work. I listen for his trigger files and entertaining scenarios. I don't know much about his curse files, and his Evil series, but they're interesting in the extreme kind of way from their descriptions.
