I did through an old free dating site. she wasn't erotically into it, we hypnotized each other though and it was fantastic. the greatest sentance I ever heard was when we were on our 2nd date, out to lunch, and she asked me if she wanted me to come back to her place to be hypnotized. I also met a dominatraix on there, but we did nothing other than hang out a few times. i also first heard of leeallure through this site, but we were too far away to ever meet, and then she got popular.

I've partied with several hypnodommes and dated one. Your options for meeting them are somewhat limited for the most part. If you're near a city, a reliable start is by attending in-person hypno events and parties (there are several on FetLife, etc). Don't expect anything to happen - just hang out and socialize with people at first. People will ask you for play if you seem cool to hang out with. Maybe something more develops. Your odds go up if you become an established positive influence in their social groups.

Your other (probably more accessible) avenue is to hang out in broader communities that are kink-adjacent or generally open-minded (especially people who might already have some affinity to roleplay, such as gamers, Renaissance Faire attendees, goth clubs, etc). Meet people, have a good time, and maybe you'll meet somebody who seems like a top personality. Once you get a few dates in, you can try testing the waters a bit by commenting on hypno references in shows or just joking about it casually. The people who tend to react positively are often curious/playful by nature. If you're really comfortable and want to shoot your shot, you could just be like "somebody posted this hypnosis recording online that's supposed to make me [something fun, like have an insatiable need to go down on her], should I do it?"

I had a few encounters with "in person" hypnotists/hypnosis. One, I met through regular therapy. During that, she asked me whether I would open to use hypnosis in this for therapy. She must have noticed some movement in my pants while I was under (I must say she had an insanely hot voice). After the second hypnosis session she asked me straight out whether I "enjoyed" the experience a bit more than she was expecting. We did chat about this fetish openly and she southern beanmaned up the follow-up sessions a tiny bit, but kept it within reason - it was therapy afterall.

The other time was a booked session with a domme also offering hypnosis. Unfortunately we did not really click and her technique as well as her voice was a bit on the harsher side. Lastly, I asked a (now retired) hypnodomme for a custom file and after a bit of back and forth via email we exchanged numbers and ultimately became close friends. We did the short occasional trance when we met up and she loves to use her low hypnotic voice from time to time just to see my reaction. Unfortunately we both moved much further away from each other so we now rarely meet in person.
