Has anyone here ever trained with her? The experience seems hot af, I kinda want to try but it may be too… intense? I guess I'm trying to understand if it's for me or not. How expensive is it? How regularly would i have to train? If anyone can share their experience or now something about her and wants to share I would be very grateful
