Amnesia files never work for me.
Normally people say repeated listens improve the effect of a file, but I feel like that would just cement the session in memory making it harder to forget.
Even when listening to a hypnotist I'm familiar with and had no problems with the post-hypnotic suggestions, it didn't work for me.

Try Mi$$ M@ry, (start with D3j4 vU series). To this day best amnesia effect. I have no idea what most of her files say.
