Sorry, but it's really easy for him to fix the images. In less than 1 minute and only with two steps I fixed the related image.
And he can stop at the first step by fixing only the brightness and contrast if he thinks that making the image smoother makes it less realistic.
I personally think the last image on the right is infinitely better than the original and spend 1 minute per image (or 1 second if he wants to use some less controlled batch process) is totally justified in this case.

There is no way to fix the illumination unless you render the images again by placing spotlights in the correct place. If you think the original lighting is good then you have zero notion of photography.
The skin looks less realistic because I tried to eliminate the grainy effect which gives the impression that Belle's images have been compressed too much. The only way to really fix this would be to render the again in high resolution and with proper lighting, since the iray engine Belle uses has a hard time creating a noise-free image in dimly lit environments.
