Those boards have fallen out of use because they were either forgotten or no one saw a reason to post on them or couldn't figure out what to post.
I think the nerve center doesn't quite cover what's needed to revive less known boards, either anons will use it with the already listed tags linked under it as modes or they don't really use it and it only shows boards that already have activity on them

-Blotter border lines are only on the top and bottom
-Icons in the options should be more visible now

Economy may be in dire straits at this point in time
Oil business is collapsing, plastic is being banned for a lot of products, cars are going electric and people have been staying home more lately and many other businesses are collapsing because of the recent hysteria, its a good idea to take precautions, stock up, grow ones own food and go for more self sufficiency and make do with what one already has. Its time for some hardware hacks.
