-grind it all up together into ground meat, make patties out of it
-grill the patties in mustard, animal style
-use a ladle to fish out whatever veggies still have some crunch from your weekly soup-pot to use for burger toppers
-grab two slices of dark rye, lather each with a generous helping of mustard, and construct your burger
-sprinkle some feta on top
