It really isn't. It was actually kind of funny watching the sisters act so casually about the whole thing. Oh yeah, I played around with this a little bit for like, 5 minutes a long, long time ago. Taking a second look now (for like, 4 hours so far), It's really cool on a meta/lore level. Even if you're not into many of the things the game offers (I know I'm not. Fuck all that gore and (literal) shit), I think it's still worth looking into.

Basically, imagine an erotic MMO with sentient NPCs. Now imagine that it's been decades since anybody has actually played said MMO, but all the NPCs were aware of time's passing and the already sloppy coding (some of the NPCs were trapped upon spawning and are still trapped to this day) is very slowly coming unraveled (The day/night cycle has been locked at midnight for an undetermined length of time), and you are… well, you, playing this game. From within a bomb shelter. It's a grimdark setting whose residents usually try their best to ignore that fact… usually.

I've already spoiled a fair amount, but there's still more to it. You'll see a lot of "Hey! This next scene has piss and snuff in it!" warning icons, but there's always an option to just "move along" instead that removes you from the scene. It still requires a bit of exploration, sometimes to things you might not agree with, but it'll explicitly say when something is vital to the story, and things that are won't be sexual.

From what I played so far (I guesstimate I'm 2/3 of the way through the game) I give it a 7/10. Everything I said above makes it great, and sometimes it can be silly and humorous, but it's also disappointing to discover an area only to find that everything there is loaded with kinks you're not into. That said, sometimes the kink warnings are slightly misleading. You might see something that has 2 male icons, implying that there's gay shit there, and there are two guys, but nothing sexual happens, which makes you wonder why even bother having the icons for it? I also still have no idea what the "raunch" warning means, though I've only bothered looking at two events with the warning.

The cavern is to get rid of item collecting monotony. You get caps from them to buy the items you'd otherwise have to rely on RNG for. The caverns at the meteorite in particular can net you a lot per run once you know where to go. That was it. The last two appeared from random exploration on the meteorite after I got someone's seed (Marei's, I think) and read some of the missing pages, 12 and 13 and a couple others. I'm not sure which of these made the missing pages events appear.

I just played thru all the endings today, gotta admit, even though its the most ridiculous, Mint ending was my personal favorite, but the Mynt one was a suckerpunch to the feels. Yeah, reading through the new story and (possibly pre-existing) lore bits, I've become even more interested in seeing what happens. I think I also have an idea of what Outerphore will be about.

So it sounds like the Outerphore is an artificial layer, separate from the Interphore, made for housing "valid duplicates" of assimilated characters (since the Interphore apparently can't contain them all), and no travel or communication between the Outerphore and Interphore is allowed. The original Mynt and Rebeca were sent to the Outerphore, following the "paraphrasing" of Paraphore's timelines/endings, to avoid "dupe collision". So, obvious guess to the story: it'll be about the original Mynt & Rebeca trying to escape the Outerphore and return home, which would cause the eventual merging of the stories.

That's just a guess, anyways. Some other things of interest:

-Rebeca/Your character is no longer the only character you can control. I assume they'll still be the "main" character, but now you can hop into different characters and do+see things as them. Wonder how/if this will play into the story.

-Possible tease of Archie: crusty old angel dude, hanging around a place full of cub "bois", looking for Rebeca. Sounds like Archie anyways.

Something that occurred to me: in Paraphore, there's a censor option for cub content, and effectively a censor for scat, vomit and some other stuff (candy ring), but there's no censor/"censor" for blood+gore. It's strange to me since there's a character, Taro, whose "gimmick" ("candy gore") could've served as a "censor" for that stuff as a ring (Taro ring?).

So the dev responded and confirmed that it is, indeed, his hair. So that mystery is solved. They also answered another thing about Lana: the Lanas in Paraphore and Interphore are the same character, not two instances of the same person as I had thought. The "Lana" (Cart) in Interphore inserted himself into the game Paraphore and used the name Lana to keep his cover.

Also, Mynt will apparently be staying vanilla throughout Interphore, so that's a relief.
