I'll take a swing at this, OP. Consider me a red mage, all paths lead to God, learning all ways will make you more in tune with your own personal path, type of wizard. I give what advice I can to help and hopefully a few others can chime in with their take on it.

I can tell you who you're up against. The demon Belphegor is upon you. I don't know you as a person any more than I know any other anon on this board. (as it should be) I'm going to make an assumption about you based on my quick study of Belphegor and assume this about you.

You're a brilliant mind, like most of us here, high IQ (or a 119 IQ brainlet like me), vast potential, you love to solve problems, you're extremely creative, you love puzzles, you discover new things, and dream up new inventions all the time, but you're lazy as fuck and you don't know why. I know why. Belphegor has targeted you for some reason. What reason, I do not know. Perhaps you know something or have an idea that the demons don't want getting out to others.

Belphegor often takes the form of beautiful women to distract you. Another Belphagor signature is being lured into orgie porn. I don't know what you're into sexually or as a fetish, but you may have noticed you're getting into orgy and gang bang porn lately. I'm not going to deep dive into that, but you know that answer in your heart. This is how demons distract you from your greater calling.

We can do a common banish spell to clear the air. You can also ask Archangel Michael to rid you of Belphegor and ask for help from Sealiah as backup to regain your motivation. This should get you back on the right track again.

Red Mage is a gaming class for spell casters who use both white and black magic. Not specialized or exceptionally powerful at either, but moderately skilled at both. I don't consider myself a pro at anything, but I know a bit about white and a bit about black magic.

I'm glad you like my perspective. It's a bushido belief from Hagakure. Most people would agree that MMA (mixed martial arts) fighters have advantages over other fighters from a broader knowledge and training. The ancient Samurai understood this. It also helps a person keep an open mind. If a person were only to read the Kybalion and think that they knew it all, they'd seriously be gimping their potential. I try to study everything I can and rely on my own personal convictions or conviction from God whether or not I should adopt a certain understanding or practice. I'll read a Bible, Quran, Lesser Key of Solomon, Nietzsche, Book of Mormon, etc. One of the reasons I strayed from the original Christian church was their constant damning of everyone who didn't believe a specific way, even damning each other. Baptists claiming that the Catholics were going to Hell. If you don't read the KJV, you're going to Hell. Mormons are going to Hell. You get the picture. I came to see it as they were all competing for the offering plate money and their followers were trying to purchase salvation. Much greed and selfishness. God was not in these churches, so I began my search. I tend to focus more on religions than I do actual practice of ritual magick.

I digress. Belphegor is a Demon and one of the 7 Princes of Hell, according to Christian tradition. In Bishop Peter Binsfeld's "Classification of Demons," Belphegor is the Demon of sloth. He seduces people with grand ideas and creativity, but the drawback is that he makes them lazy too. "I've got an idea for a great new invention! Alas, I'm too damn tired to get out of bed, so fuck it. I'll wank to some orgy porn instead."

The light always has a counterpart, so it seems. Sealiah is one of the 72 Angels of Shemhamphorash. Thomas Rudd used this Angel Magic against the 72 Demons of the Ars Goetia. Sealiah is said to be the Angel of motivation, the counter to Belphegor.

So, it seemed like the best quick answer I could give. Banishing rituals and prayers can be found online once you know what spirits you're dealing with. Once you understand this, you can call upon these forces to curse or cure others. "But, anon, that's kike magick!" Yes it is. The same kike magick that our wealthy and ruling elites believe in and practice, so why should I not study it if all of them certainly believe in it? All Abrahamic religions are kiked to some degree, so there's no way around it. I try not to limit myself to only those studies though. I'm very fond of Hinduism and Eastern philosophies as well. I'm not really into herbalism or crystalism, but I do think they add value to the ritual aspects of magick.

I try not to be too judgemental of others. Everyone must find their own way of doing things and their own personal connection to God the Creator and the spirit world, the astral, or the universe. Who am I to say that their path is wrong? When we all die, our energy returns to the collective, and God sorts us out. Have a blessed day.

Montalk.net (a fascinating resource if you haven't taken a look) has some content and anecdotes about being under mental / spiritual attack by negative entities at large, and so far that's the most actually helpful thing for this.

In one article he mentions lucidity breaks confluence, positive and negative, so that with breathwork and vocalized affirmations have actually helped make a dent.

I've also noticed my diet has a lot of sway in this–I eat like shit (or even mildly like shit) for a day or two and I start feeling the sloth come back. But if I'm eating well, drinking freshly-brewed herbal tea, and incorporating probiotics like yogurt and kombucha, that seems to help me restore my etheric energy enough to break through the feedback loops.
