Is there a real-world equivalent to the Black Lodge of Twin Peaks?

Watching the series and film, I couldn't help but feel that David Lynch was hinting at some real shit rather than just writing straight-up fiction.

It is real and has been a term in occultism since long before the airing of Twin Peaks.

The Black Lodge is a term that describes the multitude of creatures who seek power, glory, fear, envy, lust, vengence, domination, etc. and use whatever means necessary to get what they want; in other words, they are ruled by desire, and use desire to manipulate others. It is called "black" because it is corrupted by the ego, desire, attachment, etc. This is Hell, Klipoth, the Left Hand Path, black magic, etc.

There are many 'heads' of the Black Lodge corresponding to a particular inversion of a divine virtue, with their own legions of demons. (Chavajoth, Bael, Andrameleck, Lilith, Moloch, Belial, Javhe, etc..)

Likewise, the White Lodge is a term for the ancient collection of pure human beings and angelic forces who uphold and propogate the highest and most sacred of sciences. It is called “white” due to its purity and cleanliness (ie. the absence of pride, lust, anger, etc.).

From the dawn of life, a great battle has raged between the powers of Light and the powers of Darkness. The secret root of that battle lies in sex. Gods and demons live in eternal struggle. The Gods defend the doctrine of Chastity. The demons hate Chastity. In sex is found the root of the conflict between Gods and demons… There are Masters of the Great White Lodge. There are Masters of the Great Black Lodge. There are disciples of the Great White Lodge. There are disciples of the Great Black Lodge. The disciples of the Great White Lodge know how to move consciously and positively in the Astral body. The disciples of the Great Black Lodge also know how to travel in the Astral body… The White Magician worships the inner Christ. The Black Magician worships Satan. This is the I, the me, myself, the reincarnating ego. In fact, the I is the specter of the threshold itself. It continually reincarnates to satisfy desires. The I is memory. In the I are all the memories of our ancient personalities. The I is Ahriman, Lucifer, Satan.

Chastity =/= sexual abstinence.

Chastity: "virtuous, pure from unlawful sexual intercourse," from O.Fr. chaste "morally pure," from L. castus "pure, chaste."

Although modern usage has rendered the term Chastity virtually meaningless to most people, it's original meaning and usage clearly indicate "moral purity" upon the basis of "sexual purity." Contemporary usage implies "repression" or "abstinence," which have nothing to do with real Chastity. True Chastity is a rejection of impure sexuality. True Chastity is pure sexuality, or the activity of sex in harmony with our true nature. Properly used, the word Chastity refers to sexual fidelity or honor.

The Early Church Fathers considered Chastity as having three grades:

1) Virginity (having no experience of sexual activity)

2) Continence (having control of sexual activity)

3) Matrimony (having sexual activity in accordance with divine rule)

''On me may Chastity, heaven's fairest gift, look with a favouring

eye; never may Cypris, goddess dread, fasten on me a temper to dispute,

or restless jealousy, smiting my soul with mad desire for unlawful

love, but may she hallow peaceful married life and shrewdly decide

whom each of us shall wed.'' —Medea by Euripides

It is correct, but not because the founder of the "Hare Krishna movement" says so. Indeed, his teachings have done a lot of good for the world, but quite frankly, he is not an initiate or master of any type, and he does not know the deeper mysteries. Much of what he has said is mistaken or incorrect. For example his idea of 'illicit sex' in this context is any sexual activity which is not for the purpose of begetting children, which is completely nonsensical and even blasphemous.

Veganism(which he advocates) is also a completely unreligious practice.

How is that blasphemous when it is part of vedic culture and religion?

Also veganism means refraining from consuming animal products such as dairy products whereas Srila Prabhupada is a huge proponent of dairy products and drinking ample quantities of milk which he claims increases the lifespan of the consumer.

Forgive me, I meant vegetarianism, not veganism. Regardless, my point stands.

>How is that blasphemous when it is part of vedic culture and religion?

Sex existing solely for procreation is not at all Vedic. This teaching was for the laymen, but once the ordeals of brahmacharya were completed, sexual cooperation between initiates was permitted as a means to liberation. Frankly, these ones I have mentioned are not close to all the inaccuracies and inconsistencies with true Dharma propagated by the respectable founder of the Hare Krishna movement, but it is not my intention to speak ill of him, but to assist in the revelation of the higher mysteries.

White Lodge is lost innocence, medieval Catholicism, AXSYS

Black Lodge is modernity, acceleration, Lemuria

Red Lodge is the little camp Jung made when he understood White Lodge to be gone forever, but recoiled from Black Lodge. Red Lodge is – no Christ and no Cthulhu, only Ares and Aphrodite.

This is an important fact that should not be overlooked: cow's milk came into the diet of several ethnicities (mostly Hindustanis and Europeans) precisely because of a cow-worshipping cult that elevated said animal to nourisher of humans as well, not just calves.

In today's world, to drink cow's milk is simply a desecrated ritual
