对正常人来说，很多学生会在卡壳的时候两句话中间加个“就是”；很多领导干部会在两句话中间加个“啊”，例如薄熙来这种；习主席直接念稿子，两句话中间保留沉默时间；美国人会重复一些简单的音节留出思考缓冲时间；
刘总统就不一样了，他是一句话没说完，中间就有可能会卡壳，而且表现模式为口腔肌肉抽搐发出不明所以的声音……
