I'm making a thread about this because I think, in these end times, all of us can use some help and mental healing!
Jerry, I have been having some chest pain recently. I think it could be from stress. You seem like the type who likes to meditate or at the very least, you are calm with yourself and in a more stable mindset. I drink a lot, I'm not as mentally stable and I have issues with stress. I think it's started to catch up to me as I'm considering, for the first time in around 20 years, to actually go see a doctor (although if they push that toxic vaccine on me I'll storm out of the office and they'd never see my face again!) So… I'm asking YOU before I do anything crazy or get myself, or someone else, hurt. How do I meditate? Is there a secret behind it other than breathing control? What do I think about to make me relax? I like shooting guns and fishing, and I tried that before and it no longer helps ease my mind. I get this constant feeling of doom and stress, I get visions of very bad things happening to me and my family, I wake up an night sweating sometimes, screaming, night terror. I used to be able to drink this away, it don't work for me anymore. I don't know what to do anymore. I think I need help meditating.

Johnny actually convinced me to see a doctor the other day, because I was having panic attacks that could lead to a fatal heart attack.
So here is an UPDATE: I did go see a local doctor the other day. He asked if I have gotten tested for Covid, I told him no and I won't. The doctor said he could not see me if I didn't take the test, however I was able to convince him I might have a heart attack, so he said he'd see me just to make sure I wouldn't. As Johnny suspected, yes I was having bad panic attacks. The doctor asked a whole bunch of questions and then…. the issue of alcohol use came up! LOL He said "OK, there is the MAJOR problem!" I'm drinking way way too much he said, he also told me some people tend to die the way I drink. He also said there is a chance I am very dehydrated too! That also can cause massive chest pain. So he turned out to be very nice about the whole thing, I didn't even expect him to see me at first, but he was fine. He gave me a prescription that I picked up this morning called "Lorazepam" and told me to take it twice a day. It helps with panic attacks and at night may help with the night terror I get too. I'll be taking it on Christmas and my family likely won't know any difference, he told me I likely won't feel a thing from this medicine because its very mild. He told me not to drink on the medication BUT OF-COURSE I DON'T CARE!!!
