I'm making a thread about this because I think, in these end times, all of us can use some help and mental healing!
Jerry, I have been having some chest pain recently. I think it could be from stress. You seem like the type who likes to meditate or at the very least, you are calm with yourself and in a more stable mindset. I drink a lot, I'm not as mentally stable and I have issues with stress. I think it's started to catch up to me as I'm considering, for the first time in around 20 years, to actually go see a doctor (although if they push that toxic vaccine on me I'll storm out of the office and they'd never see my face again!) So… I'm asking YOU before I do anything crazy or get myself, or someone else, hurt. How do I meditate? Is there a secret behind it other than breathing control? What do I think about to make me relax? I like shooting guns and fishing, and I tried that before and it no longer helps ease my mind. I get this constant feeling of doom and stress, I get visions of very bad things happening to me and my family, I wake up an night sweating sometimes, screaming, night terror. I used to be able to drink this away, it don't work for me anymore. I don't know what to do anymore. I think I need help meditating.

He seemed to have so much promise… His mother was so proud of him!! Then he stopped taking his medication, disregarded his hygiene, and began arguing with the voices in his head.
Now she comes home and her condominium reeks of sebum and vinegary perspiration.
Michael will still be sitting in her living room talking to himself, completely dissociated and unable to look anybody in the eyes (he can't even look his cell phone's camera directly in the eyes)
Sometimes he stays awake for days, constantly repeating bizarre mathematical equations, based on numerical value he applies to each letter of the alphabet, so he can endlessly quantify his imaginary mathematical value to any given word in the dictionary…..
Michael is falling apart at the seams…
He's a very sick young man… Perhaps institutionalization is still an option for his mother?

Part of this psychosis is the belief that 'jesus' actually existed
Around the same time Michael began applying numerical value to every letter and every word and every sentence, he also stopped bathing, showering, shaving or using toilet paper, and he convinced himself that he was 'starting to look a lot like Jesus'
It's hilarious that Michael thinks Jesus was "a white guy with a beard who parted his greasy hair down the middle" !!! LOL !!!
It's totally insane to emulate an image of a Jesus that never actually existed in the first place, but it's twice as insane to pretend you have knowledge that your imaginary 'jesus' looked like John Lennon without glasses…
