There is Nothing More Restrictive than "Persona", and the Defining of Persona.
I have spent a lifetime studying various philosophies and religions, and have never found an actual religion (as opposed to paths or practices, which are all about Seeking, rather than Possession) that was not wholly caught up in the idea of "Persona". They even wrap their mummified Gods up in shrouds of "Identity" & "Persona", giving them "Agency", and placing a death mask over the bandages.
The new "Woke" Religion is all about racism, bigotry and intolerance, just like every other religion. Religions only accentuate differences, and never really seek Unity or Wholeness.
Look at the obsession with Social Media as an example. It is all about building up fake personas by tearing down the fake personas of others, the personas we have created in our own minds for others, the albatross of persona we seek to place around everyone's necks, just like it is around our own… And if someone does not hate a particular persona enough to our liking, then we lump that someone in with everything else we see as evil, hated, deplorable, really… We make sure they know that, to us, their viewpoint is unacceptable. We Are, after all, "Better Than" Them. So, we define ourselves as such, and we define "them" as "Less Than".
For human mammals, whose years of parental training culminate in formulating a lifelong attitude of superiority over others less "trained", this kind of thinking comes naturally. All other viewpoints opposed to our own are thought of as those belonging to children, or the "uninformed", never admitting how little we ourselves know about anything. That is, after all, not what those who are in positions of "Authority" do! They Lord Over those who are less in possession of the tools of Authority, namely the stance that "I am better than you, and know better than you what is best for you; and, furthermore, your viewpoint is all wrong, and you need to see things the way I do, or there will be dire consequences…"
Those who see themselves as "Better Than" cannot seem to grok the concept that the only folks who actually Are "Better Than", are the ones who do not see themselves, or anyone else, as "Better Than"! It is precisely that stance that makes them "Better Than". They do not define themselves as such, nor do they define anyone else as Either "Better Than", Or "Less Than".
This whole kittenkaboodle starts with children, and really ramps up during the teenage years, before they get out on their own. Parents want what is best for their children, and they think they know what is best. But they don't even know the ever-changing living being right in front of them whatsoever; especially if they do not even know themselves, or how their own relationship with social and cultural hierarchies affects how they identify themselves, and hence how they limit themselves. And kids know this! They know how little you know! After all, You Taught Them That Stance!
I Repeat:

Religion is not about Acceptance. Religion is about Conformity and Conformity-Enforcement.
Science & Politics have, yet again, become nothing more than Religion. That is a fact. It happens now and then, throughout history, and it is happening now. Look at history, and you will see how this ends…

At this stage, the country seems pretty much beyond the point of no return. He will be vilified and hated because of his attitude toward personal responsibility, cutting entitlements, and ending welfare programs. Even if he prescribes you two different medications, go ahead and have them both filled but throw the atypical antipsychotics in the garbage
