I’ve been exploring high-end restaurants in London and wondering, how often do these places actually live up to the hype when it comes to food, atmosphere, and overall experience? Have you had a memorable or disappointing visit to a well-known fine dining spot recently? Curious to hear your thoughts.

I tried a Michelin-starred place in Mayfair last month. Honestly, the tasting menu was beautiful, but the atmosphere felt a bit stiff for my taste. I think a place can have amazing food, but if the vibe doesn’t feel welcoming, it kind of kills the experience.

Recently, I dined at a few well-known spots across London. One evening included a visit to Tom Kerridge’s place, among other highlights. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, and the menu featured modern takes on classic British dishes, the lamb shoulder stood out. Everything flowed well throughout the night. Kerridges Bar and Grill customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/kerridges-bar-and-grill/customer-service.html was part of the overall smooth experience, but I also enjoyed discovering some lesser-known gems during the trip.
