buy raw food. cook it. eat. no boxes, no bags, NO FROZEN DIET MEALS
to lose weight, dial it back to two meals a day, then one. if you must snack between meals, do savory snacks (nuts, jerky), not sweet. learn to like unsweetened sparkling water to drink. insist on unsweetened tea at restaurants.
