lucky you, i'm doing this, this summer again! nothing but watermelons for weeks.

currently i am on ~70% fruit (banana, grape, raspberry and strawberry) rest is mix of cooked and raw vegetables. 1-2 cups of rice or lentils or something on most days while it is cold out. fruit cools down the body so how much i do it is somewhat related to temperatures. gonna be warm here soon, which means more fruit for me.

if i knew nothing about the topic i'd watch this dude. nathan mulder on youtube. he is a bit boring and sober but if you can listen to him, he sumarizes a lot of what happens when you try to reach the deeper levels of fruitarianism. he coaches people through fruit fasts and he has a lot of experiences with pretty low level people having profound experiences for the first time.
