I gained some weight in the last 4 years (6ft, 205lbs, 24yo). I look bulky to fat, i have friends my height 30lbs lighter looking really fat and unhealthy in comparison. I do think the weight is surpressing my energy levels.

I care about my looks and should care more about my health. My new regiment is:

- IF 16:8

- No sugar/snacks

- Avoid white wheat

- Daily 20 minutes rope, HIT or bodyweight exercise

- More protein

- 1 gallon water

- 2-3 times sex per week

I got no deadline. This is my first post here because I enjoy the bluntness.

Are there any other great changes to implement?

Sex calorie burn is overrated - in fact, you're hardly burning anything when fucking. There was a good article in new scientist about it.

No risk of me having too much sex though - I've been married for 10 years now.

Same goes for not eating white bread - it's just the breadmaking cunts trying to sell you the more expensive wholegrain shit.

I've tried what you're trying a year ago and lost 1 kg in over a month of suffering. Pathetic.

A month ago I tried a completely different approach - doing 10-15 minute yoga, pilates, flexibility/stretching workouts and HIT breaks during the day, usually one each, so total 4 times a day.

Down 4.5 kg in 4 weeks. Started off as 105.5kg at 187cm high, now down to 101. Still a lot of fat to lose.

Shot up with some weightloss hypno for motivation to exercise and eat less, but generally eating anything I want, just less of it.

Why are you avoiding white meat? It's generally speaking lower in calories and higher in protein. Chicken breast is a staple of a cutting diet, generally speaking
