Gerade in solchen Diskussionen merkt man, wie viele unterschiedliche Meinungen es rund um Training, Fortschritt und Supplemente gibt. Klar, jeder sucht irgendwo nach Wegen, schneller voranzukommen, aber man sollte dabei immer einen kühlen Kopf behalten. Ich habe mich auch mal ein bisschen durch verschiedene Infos geklickt und bin dabei unter anderem auf diese Seite gestoßen: https://dinespower.to/pct-de/enclomimed-25-oral-steroid-in-tablets-de einfach um zu verstehen, was es so an Angeboten gibt und wie das Ganze aufgebaut ist. Trotzdem bin ich der Meinung: Die Grundlage bleibt entscheidend. Sauberes Training, genug Schlaf und eine vernünftige Ernährung bringen dich langfristig am weitesten. Alles andere sollte man nur gut informiert und mit Vorsicht betrachten.
