from experience, this took me decades to
look back on,
maybe 1999 I was training, no days off,
I w in th hospital for a week, I gained 2 lbs,
maybe 3 or 4 yo ago I looked back on those
2 lbs,
seperately, about 96 I switched from regular
bb training then went to power straining,
a 3 days routine, squats 5X5 to absolute
max, dead lifts 5X5, incline Bench 5X5,
my quality absolutley exploded,
now upon that about 4-5 yo maybe less,
btw, I'm exhausted from drama in my life ok,
now, train BB for 2 weeks take 2 days off
I'd get about 2lb, not pure quality but I
did this for a few months, shake up days
off, 2 days after a week, 2 days after 2 weeks
training, not pure quality but I bumped by
about 20lbs,
now, I'd say this, BB for a month but w th shake
up of 2 days rest after a week training, shake it
w 2 days rest after 2 weeks, th days rest to shock,
like I said, in my lazy time w th rest days I
gained about 20lb but yea not pure quality but
this is still useful,
plus this, one month BB training, then th next month
pure power training, squat one day, deadlift th 2nd
then incline bench & still inject those days off like
th first BB month,
my experience w th quality bounce w I did pure
power training in 96, plus that 2lb when I w in
th hospital w a week off, plus that 20 lb gain
from my two week on 2 day off or one week
& 1 day off, that w over maybe a few months
to get that 20lb
to me this is a discovered science for shock th
system,
plus, BB train for a month, power train th
next month, how about another format
of training system next like cross fit,
my experience & what I'd call th discovery
of th science of shock th system,
to sum it up, for shock th system,
from my experience w 2 days off
after a week or another 2 weeks
of training in BB, shake up days off,
gain, then th power training for
a month to shock it again & again
w days off, then a crossfit,

I'm going through brutal stress
these days that affects my ability
to concentrate properly to read or write,
