I'm skinny af as well, always wish I had a nice butt (I'm a guy, but a butt could be n0ice).
I never gain weight, no matter how much I eat, no matter how I stay inactive on purpose for long periods. I've been looking the same for since 7 years, skinny as a chopstick.
Hope anyone would give us both some hints/tips on how to gain weight.

You're both fucking retarded. If you're under 160 pounds, you should eat 2500 calories a day, minimum. You cut down to 2200-1900 after you hit your desired weight. Whey protein with milk and a scoop of peanut butter is 500 calories. There is literally no fucking excuse for looking like a faggot.

Let me introduce you to the magic and the mystery of counting calories:
>put 3 slices of bread (89 calories each) onto my plate
>place butter on the scale, tally
>take 10 grams (10x 7.5 calories)
>weigh pot of quark: 470 grams
>weigh it after eating: 355 grams
>enter into my calculator: 89(3)+75+66(1.15)
>418kcal in this snack
Here is Scooby giving a similarly overly detailed look at weighing things:

If gaining weight is a goal of yours, add up your daily calories. Eat at a surplus and see if you wont gain weight after 30 days. Chances are you will.

Stop cooming, eat a fuckton and lift weights 4-5 days a week. Cycle what muscles your training i.e, shoulders 1 day, chest next, then back etc… don't focus too much on parts like arms, they get bigger as you build other muscles. When lifting, listen to music that aggravates you, lifting when mad will let you lift more.
Gl OP, I was skinny retard, now I'm just retard, it worked for me.

Accepting yourself, and improving each aspect of yourself one at a time. Do that instead of your current cycle of:
1. Do everything at once
2. Fail
3. Cry about it

Hey there! You've got this. Start small with a consistent routine that includes both strength training and a balanced diet. Find a workout buddy for that extra push. Check out some motivational videos or articles like "What Do Wall Sits Do?" at https://betterme.world/articles/what-do-wall-sits-do/ for inspiration. Progress might be slow, but it's worth it. Keep going
