Greetings,a little worried about the actual world situation right now,but i have a question for you guys to answer )if you know the answer) uuhm..this will sound weird but i have interest in this…

maybe,if you train hard all days can you get super strenght? (obviously with good rest and food 3 meals for example).. if is the case so… super strenght is real? and can be achieved? there are real people who had super strenght right? so…i just wanna know it's possible please leave your comment
