I do believe, now after DOMS and muscle recovery, it's a good time to fast. 36 hours, maybe with the occasional zero-sugar energy drink.

Just wondering, do any females visit this board, or is it just the guys that get into this stuff?

As for fasting, I try not to eat lafter around 6pm or 7pm, so I guess that what the hip people call intermittent fasting these days

Has anyone told you the definition of insanity?

Stop trying to cheat your body of food and just get /fit/ the way God intended. By eating 5 small meals a day (your calorie deficit) and doing core exercises and resistance training. Lifting will make you strong and burn calories. Core will strengthen your heart. Thr calorie deficit will discipline your stomach and your mind.

Stop doing this to yourself and get a glorious 35lb kettlebell already. Even if you suck at first you will get better. If you don't get better, don't worry.

The wall will fix you.
