Serious question boys. How do you avoid tendon ruptures on steroids? As we know, muscle get bigger and stronger on a cycle enormously fast while tendons cannot keep up with them (not talking bullshit like "roids decrease collagen synthesis" since in fact collagen synthesis decreases heavily with andropause and low testosterone). To start with, what are safe strength increases in a mid-rep range?
No cycle: +X kg per month.
Amateur cycle (350-500 mg/week): +X+?% per month?

Adverse effects of roids are well-known and preventable. Mostly these are liver problems if you're dumb enough to use oral 17-alpha shit, estradiol/prolactin tits if you're a complete retard, prostate enlargement if you cannot into controlling DHT and, the very topic of this thread - possible tendon ruptures in case of you adding plates too fast. Basically, in my country only two steroid drugs are banned (methandrostenolone & nandrolone decanoate), I agree with that ban since they are the most risky among all common stuff.

Personally, I have to inject for TRT already so orals are out, I have to control E2 already because of the TRT. This is the first I have heard of controlling DHT, but ideally, I'd use a compound that doesn't aromatize. I'm surprised deca is banned in your country, doesn't seem that awful, except the seriously long half life.

Deca is a good muscle builder, but it's tricky as hell for most dumbass users - with low androgenic activity, prolactin issues etc.
