Hello fitfags. I'm a newfag here. I don't have much fat on me. My goal is to burn the most and start building muscles with bodyweight workout. Can I combine these workout or do I need to burn the fat first only and then try to build muscles?
I though starting the the cardio workout from the Harsh's Worksheet (WIP) combined with a caloric deficit in a diet and on the rest days of the week do a beginner callisthenics workout. Is it a good idea or Im gonna end up doing more harm than good to me. As you can say Im a complete newbie to this board.

ive tried combining towel hangs for forearm strength and leg raises for ab work
I prefer to single them out though and rest between 45 sec and 3 minutes
