Is working out supposed lower your sex drive because mine has lowered quite a bit. I use to be able to pop a boner with the snap of my fingers now I don't reallny get hard unless I watch porn. Is this normal or are my T levels in need of restoration. I don't that much soy just some that might be hidden in cheap eggs, meat and other products. I put four tablespoons total of peanut butter in my protein shakes. My stress is almost nothing. The highest and maybe only stress I experience when I'm training. I'm 17. Could that really be enough to lower my T levels or are there other triggers for low libido.

Only like 3 to 4 times a week max. That's too much? How long of nofap until I get my normal sex drive back. I feel like I got a 40-50 year olds dick (no homo) and u don't like it. That's how much a fapped before. Now I seem to never have urges and it doesn't feel as good. At least I'll finally be able to reach my nofap goals ig. You might be right tho. Yeah and I've heard of peanuts themselves having anti testosterone properties but is that really enough to lower T when it's in such low amounts. It's not like it's made purely of anti testosterone material. I did stop using peanut butter in my shakes and my drive has weirdly come back to normal. I'm still not sure what caused but that was one weird week of semi limp dick. It came back right after I did an intense upper body workout and then watched porn for extra T boost. I didn't fap. Was the best high I've ever felt in my life.
